“I had an issue where I ordered for pickup from Uber and got the complete wrong order. Got nothing I asked for. I reached out to Uber who said I could get a refund right on the spot. BUT I chose not to, instead I called up to Wingstop and was told by an Employee, who was VERY respectful, that I can come in when management arrives and get my order remade. I proceeded to do so, spoke with the manager and explained the situation, and she had my full order remade to perfection. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND CORRECT without any tension or attitude. She even made sure to let me know throughout the process that my order was being worked on and how much longer I had left. To top it off, she even gave me a free brownie for the trouble. I didn't know those brownies were that good tbh lol. They have definitely stepped up over the months an I appreciate them. Remember, the employees are human just like the rest of us. They get flustered and make mistakes as well and it is easy to get upset with them. However, put yourself in their shoes and speak to them how you'd want to be spoken to when you make a mistake. Understanding goes a long way. Appreciate the service and will definitely come back again in the future.“

“I am giving the establishment a four because after all the situation in the end of these paragraphs did occur but the way they handled it however is superior.. The management acted swiftly and took seriously the comment I made here in this forum. They are taking food safety seriously and they are reevaluating the framework and structure of their management team. It is of the highest importance that food safety is Paramount in the delivery of food to a community that has high expectations for safety. The concern was as stated in the next paragraph and it was rectified in less than 24 hours. I'm impressed with the management of this store. And those other stores within this portfolio. ...served my son and me raw chicken sandwiches and when I complained to let them know that they were serving undercooked chicken and when I say undercooked I mean the kind of gray pink that it looks like when it comes out of the refrigerator, completely raw he didn't care that my child threw up he didn't ask how we were feeling and he didn't ask to see what he could do. I did not recommend this place it is unsafe.“

I requested a cup of water, only to be refused with the statement, "we no longer provide that service." How is it possible that a paying customer is denied the basic courtesy of water while waiting? Everytime I order wings from here they're always slightly undercooked.
