“I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.“

“Boneless meal deal for $17 is an amazing deal to share with a friend or 2! The ranch is the perfect dip for everything, and the seasoning on the fries is a unique, somewhat sweet blend but couldve been crispier. “UPDATE: I wanted to update my original review because I believe businesses should also be recognized when they make an effort to correct a bad experience.

Andy, a supervisor/manager, personally reached out to me today regarding what happened. He was apologetic, listened to my concerns, and is processing the refund for the food I never received. He also assured me that the situation with the employee was being addressed internally.

My initial experience was definitely frustrating and disappointing, which is why I originally left a one-star review. However, I really appreciate that Andy took the time to contact me personally and make things right rather than simply ignoring the complaint.

Mistakes and bad interactions happen, but how management responds makes all the difference. I’m grateful he reached out, apologized, and resolved the issue.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: First and last time ordering from Wingstop.

I spent $66.59 on a delivery order that included 20 boneless wings, 20 classic wings, and fries. When the order arrived, the entire 20-piece classic wing order was missing.

I called the Archer location at 7:25 PM. The first gentleman I spoke with was polite, but the woman who then got on the phone was incredibly dismissive. I was told they would not refund me for the food I never received because it was a delivery order. My options were apparently to drive to the restaurant myself to pick up the missing food or accept a credit and pay another delivery fee later.

I ordered delivery for a reason. I should not have to drive to the restaurant or spend more money because the restaurant forgot a major part of my order.

What really pushed this over the edge was that she refused to give me her name, refused to give me her manager’s name, and would not even tell me when a manager would be available.

Mistakes happen, but the way you treat a customer afterward matters. There was no apology, no accountability, and no reasonable effort to fix the problem. My sons were excited to try Wingstop, and this completely ruined our first experience.

“I've been coming to this Wingstop location (43rd & Pulaski) for a few years already. I've never had any issues. In the past, I used to order in person, but it would be so crowded and long wait time. Now, I only use the app and place my order in advance, that way it's so much better. It has gotten pricier but I love Wingstop. They have so many yummy flavor options for the wings! My food is always delicious and even their ranch sauce is the best ranch sauce I've ever had!!“

We ordered a 20pc and wanted boneless, not classic, although hadnt realized that’s what had been ordered, and even with the order in and pretty much made, he went ahead and made another batch that was boneless for us! “What... These reviews are this bad?? 😂😅 Household has purchased a few several times throughout the years. We've only have 1 real mistake that cost. Anything else I could remember would be two different times where s few wings came in the wrong flavor.“
