“Major improvements over the past few months. We stopped going because it turned into a teen hangout. Food was always good, but the atmosphere was suspect. Now looks like management made some changes and now we are regular customers again.“

He had to step away a few times, but each time he apologized sincerely, and you could tell he was doing his absolute best to keep things running smoothly. “I’ve been ordering from this location for over 3 years, usually late night. They’ve always been consistent on the preparing my order. The chicken can sometimes be a little stringing when I bite into it, but I think that more of a food quality issue on a corporate level.“

“Gonna start by saying I order from this location fairly regularly and haven't had a bad experience until now.This time around, fries were portioned smaller than usual and tasted kind of old. Wings were tiny, more like Chick-Fil-A nuggets. Disappointed with this order, but it seems like it was just an off day.4 stars because they've been good just about every other time!Mostly leaving this review for feedback, I'll be ordering again soon. “I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.“

The wings were cooked to perfection, and the variety of sauces offered something for everyone. The French fries were very good, and the chicken sandwich was top-notch. We also got the classic buffalo wings with mild and hot sauces, and they were absolutely perfect. Plus, our order was ready before the estimated time, which is excellent. “Great place to get wings for lunch. I usually place my order through the website and schedule a pick up time. Love the service and customer service I get at this location. My wings and fries are always done fresh. Flavor is always right. Just make sure if you don’t like your fries with their seasoning you specify. Seems like they don’t take cash only card payment. Also if you order through the website you are only able to pay through card no option to pay in store.“

The lobby and bathroom were all very clean despite the salt from outside that everyone brought into the restaurant on their shoes. The wait times were appropriate, so props to the cook/line team.“

“I’ve been going to this Wingstop in Chicago for about a month and a half now, and out of every Wingstop I’ve ever been to in this city, this one never disappoints.
Let’s talk about the fries first—because if you know, you know. These fries are never soggy. Ever. They’re crunchy the moment your tongue touches them, cooked exactly the way fries are supposed to be. There’s something exhilarating about knowing exactly how you want your food… and then having it delivered perfectly every single time. You just have to use your words—tell them what you want—and trust me, they make it happen.
The people there? Absolute gems. Cool, spiritual energy, rock-star vibes. Some of them I even went to school with, and they’re still shining. You can feel the good energy behind the counter, and it translates straight into the food. The place is popular for a reason.
The wings, the fries, everything on the menu—always on point. I’ve tried almost everything, and I’ve never been let down. I come in so often that I know all the employees’ names, and yeah… I’m pretty well known there at this point 😌.
And listen—if you’re hunting for real crunchy fries, the good kind, this is the spot. You won’t regret it.
My go-to? Lemon pepper fries. My goodness. Those fries burn the inner demons that try to enter my soul. That’s how magnificent they are. I will keep eating them. No one will stop me. Not you either.

“I've always gotten quality lunches here, the employees are friendly and orders have been ready way ahead of the appointed time. Their lemon pepper seasoning is a classic, but the Korean BBQ and mango habanero are perfect if you like something with a little more 'kick'. Wingstop has amazing fries -- ask for them covered in cheese sauce! This location has a Coke freestyle machine and Gold Peak tea dispenser. This is easily one of the better Wingstops I've been to.“
“I've been coming to this Wingstop location (43rd & Pulaski) for a few years already. I've never had any issues. In the past, I used to order in person, but it would be so crowded and long wait time. Now, I only use the app and place my order in advance, that way it's so much better. It has gotten pricier but I love Wingstop. They have so many yummy flavor options for the wings! My food is always delicious and even their ranch sauce is the best ranch sauce I've ever had!!“

The fries are seasoned right, not oversalted, and they don’t skimp on ranch. Service is quick even during rush hours, and the place stays clean and organized.
If you want classic, no-nonsense wings that taste the way they should, this location delivers. Definitely one of the better Wingstops in the city.“

We ordered a 20pc and wanted boneless, not classic, although hadnt realized that’s what had been ordered, and even with the order in and pretty much made, he went ahead and made another batch that was boneless for us!
