“I have allergies and the two ladies that were working tonight was brittany and sabrina, they were absolutely phenomenal, they went above and beyond, everything was great from the food to my visit. Their customer service skills, people need to go visit there and act more like them to get the customer service that you're supposed to get. Unlike a lot of places, i highly recommend coal valley subway ,
I just hope they're, like the other subways, can continue taking coupons cause I know there are other local subways. that does not“

“We ordered from them for our employee lunch today and the food DID NOT disappoint. The sandwiches were freshly made - the BLT and the chicken avocado were dynamite - and they even gave us a cookie while we were waiting for our order. Definitely would order from there again!“

“The restaurant has been closed for in person dining for quite a while, but they still sell their Vanderuben rubin sandwiches cold two days a week. They also offer their Rasinruben sandwiches and a tuna sandwich called the Charlie (pun intended). Many salads are also available. Great food, too bad, no more in person dining.“

When I got the confirmation email that my order would be delivered the next day, I called the store in hopes of catching someone before close to cancel. I was so pleased when the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he had seen the order and that it was for hospital staff, already had it made, and would be having it delivered. “Excellent sandwich, been quite awhile since I visited this location, Sandwich was much smaller than the ones from the past, used to have to hold it with 2 hands, upsize on price but downsize on bread. Smaller bread smaller amount of ingredients.“

“First time eating at this subway. Gave food a 3 star only because there was barely any meat or veggies on the two footlongs we ordered. More bread than anything. Had coupons for buying 2 at $12.99 but was told we couldn't use on the chicken sandwiches we ordered. Was a bit surprised by that as all other subways always allow us to use our coupons on the chicken, just not on specialty sandwiches. Other than this, everything else was fine. I now wish I had taken a picture to show that the sandwiches were more bread than anything else.Had they been like other sandwiches made at other subways, we visit. “For a sandwich shop, it is better than most. The potatoes and soup along with the got sandwiches are were its at. The cheese balls have changed. They are salty and overcooked. I'm assuming because they're not used to cooking smaller ones. Grandson loves it.“

“The woman working tonight was amazing, she was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, just how I asked. It was really close to closing time and she had a long line but her attitude did not change once. She was polite to everyone, She wore gloves and changed them when needed, & she made me a delicious sandwich!! To top it all off I think she was working by herself, nobody was helping her that I could see. I didn’t get her name but she deserves recognition!“
