I added the orange juice when I was up at the window and Rachelle had no problem adding that on. She was very nice. Very friendly, engaging and looked like she was having a really good morning. So that energy is very contagious and I appreciate it.“

I talked to her for a bit because she was so helpful & personable that I had to tell her how she really made the experience. I was impressed with her leadership, as well as hospitality skills. “The Good: - The staff on hand were great! - The food was hot and as good as expected. - The lobby was less crowded than previous years, so it felt quiet and intimate. The Bad: - It was SLOW. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The slowness is not on the staff that were on hand. It seemed like drive-thru priority was slowing everything down and they were doing the best they could.“
