“I ordered the Grilled Chicken and Strawberry Salad lunch special for curbside delivery and I have to say I was extremely pleased with how good it tasted and with my experience overall, that picking up lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse might become a regular thing for me! The salad alone was filling, but I still had a choice of a side and option for bread that was still warm all for $9.99 (before tax)! Also, the server came out with my food in less than 30 seconds after I stated I arrived. I had a lot to do today so having lunch go as seamless as it did meant a lot.“

“I’ve never been unhappy with their delivery service, the food is always fresh and correct. The drivers are always super nice and if I decide to call in an order vs online ordering they always answer the phone fast and are super nice also.“

“The customer service was impeccable. I met Doc today. He is extremely kind. His energy radiates goodness. The food was hot and good. Our portions were more than enough! I'm new to the area and it was nice to meet someone soo friendly and welcoming. He shared with me valuable tips regarding business. I got a feeling that he's a fountain of wisdom. Priceless experience and tantalizing food!!“

“We visited the Shiloh location on Tuesday, November 19th after my brother-in-laws funeral. Our server was Shawndell! She was extremely efficient and courteous!! She went above and beyond and gave us the best service we have encountered in a very long time! I asked to speak to the manager to comment on our great service and the manager, I think her name was Angie, gave my sister sincere condolences and gave my sister her meal for free!
Shawndell also plated our leftovers for us and we each received a loaf of your delicious bread to take home with our leftovers! We feel they should both receive recognition for their caring and excellent service!“

“This is a wonderful place for steaks and other great food. My wife and I went in right after opening and were seated right away. Fresh rolls and butter were immediately placed before us. Hannah served us and took our order immediately. Drinks arrives within 2 or 3 minutes. We ordered the Cactus Blossom and it was presented hot and delicious within 15 minutes. Steaks came 15 minutes later, all hot and tender. Hannah checked on us several time during dinner. Great food and 5-star service! We'll be back. BTW: our bill was half that of Outback and the service was 10 times better.“
