“It’s a lovely local coffee place. Much better than franchised coffee places. Cozy and friendly atmosphere. Very European coffee place style.
The only thing I can suggest for their service is in house mugs / cups for those who are not taking out.
I visited this place for couple of coffee cups, but noticed they have house sandwiches/snack/meals as well. Haven’t tried those.

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! On Sundays they have the best Tamales I have ever had. Its a clean friendly place. I highly recommend this bakery.“

“This location runs incredibly efficiently because of the drive-through employee named Brittany. She always gets everybody's order perfect right and she is lightning speed fast. I will only come here because of her. I met her by going through the drive-through so many times and realizing that the only time things moved, was when she was there. “Best tasting Dunkin Donuts around. In the morning, the line is super long so order in the app for a faster trip. After the morning rush, you can pretty much get in and out without too much of a wait. Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 😋“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“Very good Dunkin. Always makes a good drink. However, the traffic that backs up onto 147th St makes this not a quick stop. I'm usually nervous to stop there on my way to work due to the traffic...but when I do go, and I'm not running late...I always get good service and good coffee.“

“I’ve been going here consistently for years now, pretty much daily and the staff has always been great. Angelynn, Harry, Yoseslynn were great this weekend. The staff on weekdays is also great. No complaints, I thank the entire staff for their hard work.“
