I checked my receipt and noticed that I was only charged for one dessert, and when I asked her if I could pay for it or give a tip, she replied "Sometimes we all need a blessing in our lives." She didn't know it, but I really needed to hear that. I had lost two very important people in my life that week, and she has no idea the impact that had on my day.
