“Greetings; in writing my review of Rob's Pit Barbeque in Carteville Illinois, I must say that those was the best tasting Rib Tips I've eaten since I was a little boy back in a small town in Arkansas. The meat was perfectly seasoned, thick, tender and juicy. The to-go plate was sufficient, although I could've eaten more, lol. Overall; everything was perfect, salute to the cooks, and hostess!
