“Please don't put the gyros sandwich on a greasy grill...too soggy!! Also, cucumber sauce should be added AFTER the sandwich is made so it is still cool. Great place, food, prices!!“

“Sorry to say that I was disappointed. The gyros were good but the patty melt was horrible. The hamburger tasted frozen, dried and tasteless. Fries were good as well. The other disappointment was they forgot my grandsons Hotdog, which was at the top of the receipt. I will probably try again since I paid for hotdog and will have to go back“

“Only my second or third time here, so not a familiar face. Today, I was one of first customers of day, and owner couldn't make change for my $20. He gave me my bill back and told me, we're good, pay me next time. Who does that today? What a good dude! Support him!“

“I came here for hotdogs after a fun day of disc golf, but I was pleasantly surprised by their tacos. The staff was friendly and suggested the al pastor tacos, which were delicious and flavorful. I highly recommend this place for a quick and satisfying bite.“

“I went out of my comfort zone and changed the routine order up and decided to go with the chicken Philly sandwich for the first time and OMG!!!! Sooooo good! The chicken was so yummy with the cheese, onions and peppers. My husband had the Italian beef with sausage and he loved it. We must pause for a minute to give thanks for the gelato because it’s heaven. Soooo many options to choose from. I had the apple pie gelato and hubby had the cheesecake gelato. I’m obsessed!!!! The slot machines were a fun time while we waited for our order. We lost the kids lunch money but it was fun 😂“

“This isn't about the good (which I love), but about the people! I foster dogs and got a new foster puppy Saturday. She's very shy and afraid of people so she ran from everyone. She ended up in the reeds by Five Guys. The manager and two other employees help catch my foster pup! This could have ended horribly, but didn't. I'm eternally grateful! Thank you!!!“

“I stopped by Portillo's in Shorewood, IL, for lunch, and it was a fantastic experience! Their classic Italian beef sandwich is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. The beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, and the bread was soft yet sturdy enough to hold up to the savory juices. I opted for it dipped with hot peppers, and the combination was incredible.

“Pretty unique Italian beef... I was honestly expecting giardinera on my sandwich but it came with a fresh celery, jalapeno and red chili sauce mix, which was surprisingly really tasty. The sliced beef itself has a unique taste, wasn't dry and had a bit of juice. If they toned down the salt and seasoning it would be excellent. ?“

“Local eatery with great fast food. You must visit it if you are stopping by Joliet. Visiting this place will help you know one thing or two about this town. It's frugal, family owned, and local. Also, they have great prices. Would definitely recommend it.“
