“I had a bad experience my first time going after they opened but I gave it another try tonight and I was so impressed with the waitress, I asked her name she said Stephanie and she said she is fairly new, well hopefully you get alot more servers like her she was perfect and so extremely friendly, we will ask to be seated at her tables next time for sure! My first experience the waitress didn't even smile ,I had to ask numerous times for obvious items it was rediculous but definitely going back now also she wasn't just standing around like the last time I went 3 waitresses just chatting and actually had to ask for one of them to take our order after 15 minutes so tonight I give 5 stars last time I gave 1 star“

From the moment I walked in, the energy was great. The staff was super friendly, patient, and actually seemed like they enjoyed being there, which already set the tone. But the real star? The food.

I ordered the hot chicken tenders with fries, and wow. The chicken was insanely crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The spice level was perfect—just enough heat to keep things exciting without overpowering the taste. And those fries? Seasoned to perfection.

Everything came out fresh and fast, and you can tell they really care about quality. Plus, the portions were generous—I definitely didn’t leave hungry.

“Milette's is definitely the best in the business in Downtown Plainfield! I love the ooey gooey chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream frosting! The food was delicious - huge portions, the specials include soup and salad and the amazing service from Paulette was absolutely wonderful. I had the ribs - yummy and they fall off the bone. My husband had the chicken Alfredo. He loved it and the portion was huge! Great bang for the buck too. Beer and wine only but that’s all we needed.“

“My cousin took me here for my birthday and I had a great time!! The bartender, Shelly, was the sweetest, nicest person ever! She was so helpful at picking drinks for me. I haven't been to very many bars and I really don't drink but she helped me pick out a couple really good drinks! The atmosphere and the other people drinking at the bar was so good. “Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Joliet location. We stopped there after taking my grandmother to the casino and she didn’t have her wheelchair. She walks but very slowly. The staff was super kind and made sure she had a walkway and opened all the doors for her. They didn’t rush her or make her feel bad for taking a while! They cared and were so helpful! “I had my mom's 80th birthday party at the Will County Brewing Co in Channahon last Saturday night. Jamie was a pleasure to work with for booking the event; there was no charge to use the space, and we had most of the inside area for our party. there's a really nice outdoor area as well, and I really liked that they offered mixed cocktails as well as beer and hard ciders. Saturday night Ed and Lexi were our bartenders and they were amazing! So friendly, and the drinks were fantastic. Food can be catered in from wherever you'd like; Edrolls frequents the establishment and offers some really great food options. All of my guests had a great time, my mom was thrilled, and I was so happy I was able to find this place and make her party so fun. This place is great, check it out of you can. There is a Shorewood location as well, it's a bit smaller so I think Channahon is better for a party, just my opinion. :) Definitely going back just to relax with a drink and thank all three of these folks in person.“

“Great quality food, firendly service and their hours come in clutch when I want a taco at late times of the day low key. But I do have a couple of gripes. Their food is relatively expensive but their portions are good, i have never left this place on a empty stomach. That being said they removed the complimentary chips when you dine in, that made me big sad because they're chips with salsa was basically a side of its own so Id always just dine in. Definitely a must try.“

The food was absolutely incredible — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite tasted homemade and high quality. The shawarma was juicy, the sides were delicious, and everything came out fast and hot.

What really made it special though was the manager. So welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in the restaurant. Service like that is rare and makes you want to come back again and again.
