Tacos Before Vatos -El Desayuno- serves awesome, delicious food with great flavor in their taco meat, including chicken tacos, steak tacos, Pastor, and Cecina. The chips and green salsa are excellent, with the salsa having just the right amount of heat. The BEST taco sauce in the area and fresh made chips and salsa are amazing. The food is incredible, authentic, and the best Mexican food in the area. The Mexican Rice water is a must-try. The owners are always pleasant, funny, and couldn't have been any nicer. The server is very good and attentive. Located at Clayton’s Rail in Morris, they can be hard to find but are next to the Army recruiting center in the back. Highly recommended.
