“Saturday evening, July 1, approximately 7:45...witnessed a nasty exchange between an older man and what turned out to be the manager (?) The manager talked down and berated customer when he wanted to state a complaint: talked over him, accused him of yelling ( he wasn't) & swearing (nope) with a very condescending attitude. We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.“

“Food was cooked perfectly. No straw or spoon or napkins given, no way to eat the frosty. Sandwiches were thrown in bag lettuce everywhere. Try smiling a little more but food was good. Used to be 5 stars amazing service maybe new management took over or a whole new staff. The cook deserves a raise because the food cooked perfectly is the only reason giving 4 stars, but not sure what happened with this location overall.

Parking: Hard to get in and out due to cicero traffic. Always seem to be an accident there.“

“Best way to start off a morning! Went here several times on our road trip to Chicago.

Great customer service, fast, friendly and kind, BOGO meals for breakfast and lunch were great.

Also one of the only McD’s in the area to continue the morning breakfast till 11am. Others have a hard close at 10:30am. So for those 30minutes you can order from both menus (even though the breakfast one doesn’t show)

This place is clean, ate inside the restaurant all times,washrooms nice too. Cannot say enough great things about this McDonalds!

Kid-friendliness: No playground, but this place looks newly renovated and clean. Lots of space and it’s open concept“

“Great service , very clean and very sanitwz cooking and dinning area. They had booster seats for the little ones
And they even gave us coloomg page for the kids. Great menu options with even better desserts all at a good price. Their margaritas were strong too an very enjoyable. Public bathrooms with kid changing station. Great for family gatherings or girls night. Classic sodt music and good environment“

“Although I hear they have good smashburgers had a taste for wings. It's rare to find places that will give you the whole wing. Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. Overall, the meal was good and hot by the time I made it back home.“
