The manager talked down and berated customer when he wanted to state a complaint: talked over him, accused him of yelling ( he wasn't) & swearing (nope) with a very condescending attitude. We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.“

“This place came up on my facebook reels multiple times!! Living in NW IN found that it was an hour and a half to get there. Saturday my brother and I decided to take a road trip!! Well worth the drive. The food was fantastic. The server Anna was great. The manager Ken came by the table often to make sure everything was to our liking. One small but important piece of feedback: the bathrooms don’t have paper towels and have pull doors, so for those hygiene conscious of us, there’s no method to avoid touching the door handle. I would suggest either paper towels, a push door or one of those foot things to pull the door.“

Service was exceptional, the waitresses were prompt and I was seated with no wait time.

Pricing was fair, especially for the portion sizes. The Irish plate will have you eating like royalty and is reasonably priced.
