“This place is such a hidden gem! Catered from them for Xmas eve and had my birthday dinner there a week before. Actually also had my rehearsal dinner there almost 10 years ago lol! Can't say enough good things.. they let me put in a last minute order for Christmas Eve so I didn't have to cook a ton of pasta, and gave me extra vodka sauce!!! Love Louisa's will be back again and again :)“

“So the atmosphere was nice. It is a mixed crowd. The food comes out super fast. There is a bar for different type of alcoholic beverages if you choose. Tho I didn't receive one, they were giving out roses to most of the women or females for Mother's day.“

“I hadn’t been to an Applebee’s in about 7 years, but I went to lunch with my dad today and had such a great experience. Our server, Bri B, was an amazing multitasker and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. “oh my goodness I found this pizza by chance at my local Meijer. Hands down best frozen pizza or any take and bake. The sausage was delightful and the Cheese was The Cheesiest ever it actually did the cheese stretch. Great Job it doesn't deserve the Bottom shelf“

“Frankie’s is one of the best places to go to for a celebration, date night, or just to enjoy some delicious food. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The staff is very nice and attentive, including Frankie who seems to greet and say something to everyone who comes in. It is one of our favorite places hands down! We also catered them for our housewarming party and the process was very easy and the food tasted amazing as usual. Definitely recommend!“

Me dirijo a ustedes como un cliente frecuente y admirador de su restaurante, en el cual siempre disfruto de una comida deliciosa y un servicio excepcional. Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos.
