“Had a wonderful breakfast here while in town. One of the most hospitable restaurants I’ve ever been to! Waitresses Anna Marie and Debbie were so pleasant and made us feel like family. The gentleman up front (I’m assuming the owner) was accommodating to a special need we had and was so sweet. Our new favorite breakfast spot! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Orland Oasis hit the spot for breakfast. The place was quiet, simple, and laid back. Nothing fancy, just easy to sit down and eat.
The staff was super friendly. They checked in enough but didn’t hover, and they seemed like they actually cared about the people eating there.
I got the Everything Skillet with scrambled eggs. It had peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon, basically a mix of everything. The veggies still had a little crunch, the bacon was crispy, and the whole thing just tasted good. Big enough to fill me up.
Honestly, that’s all I wanted. Good food, no hassle, and a calm start to the morning.“

“We had a large group just before lunchtime on a Saturday, and they were great about squeezing us in. Our server D was amazing, truly, and the other staff were helpful and attentive, too. The food was delicious, hot, fast, priced affordably. They have a large menu. We had some special diets in our group and there were enough options for them to find what they needed. I definitely would return and would recommend it to friends.“

“Stopped here for breakfast, 1st time and I would definitely recommend it. The service was excellent and the food was great (real, fresh, hot, cooked to order)! I had the sampler with oatmeal pancakes and they were delicious!!! My other options included the chicken avocado crepe and Mediterranean omelette. The coffee was good, it came to the table in its own thermal to stay hot. I highly recommend!!“

“Excellent service and atmosphere, great food options; lots healthy options available. Two of us had breakfast and lattes. Bill was 60ish before tip, so their prices are in line with inner city Chicago rates. Great maple bacon. 15 minutes wait bc the place is busy.“

“This is a good breakfast spot I've been to 3 times now. I've had the eggs Benedict, burrito suizo, and healthy scrambler.
Only the eggs Benedict blew me away. The burrito looks delicious but is kinda bland. The scrambler was nothing better than what I could make at home.
My partner had oatmeal today and actually that was really good. She order crepes in the past that were good tasting too.
There are very few breakfast restaurants I feel are worth going to these days.“

“This was our first time eating at YiaYia's Cafe in Hinsdale, Illinois. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean. The food was great tasting and perfect portions. The waitress was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back to eat here again!

“We stumbled upon The Tasty Biscuit while in town for a wedding and ended up coming back twice—it was that good. Despite a packed parking lot both mornings, we were seated right away thanks to their fast, efficient service. The coffee was excellent, the menu was full of creative and classic options, and the food itself? Quite possibly the best breakfast we’ve ever had. On our second visit, we even recognized some familiar faces from the day before—clearly, we weren’t the only ones hooked! If you’re anywhere near this place, don’t miss the chance to stop in. Your taste buds will thank you.“

“This place is absolutely bonkers. Went on the weekend for late brunch. It was packed and had a long wait time but it was worth it. The staff is really polite kind and helpful. They make changes if needed. Very accommodating. The food itself is really amazing. We got the skillets, pancakes and french toast. They were all delicious! And huge portion size. Pretty decent priced, even though it's a bit on the higher end. Limited parking depending what time of the day you come in. Definitely recommended for a good family/friends breakfast.“

“Had a delightful dinner last night at CAFE ROMEO. It is easiest to enter their parking from E. Romeo Rd. We stopped for dinner. The menu is varied and the prices are very reasonable. We tried the soup, a large salad with seafood, a breaded pork tenderloin with mashed and gravy. Everything was delicious. Had things on the menu we had not seen at other restaurants for a long time. Will definitely be back.“

“We went for a later breakfast during the week as out of towners (10am from NW Iowa). The restaurant came highly recommended and man was it worth it. With breakfast, they bring cinnamon sugar mini donuts like rolls from a “steak establishment”. The portions we generous and the service was timely.“

“I had made a reservation for what I thought was Water's Edge, but it turns out it was the Hyatt Lodge restaurant. Apparently, they share the same space, but Water's Edge only serves lunch. That was a bit confusing, especially since no employee was there to greet and seat us. So be aware of that. There were only two waiters, which was fine since it was not very crowded, but it took a few minutes before either of them acknowledged our presence. After that all went well. The food was delicious, waiter service was fine, and dining on the outside patio by the small lake was quite nice on a perfect weather day. A table umbrella to shade us from the sun would have been nice, though. I will definitely dine there again.“
