People loved their drinks, kids were happy and comfortable and it was a relaxed and perfect spot! “We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“Had a great experience at Whiskey Hill. The chicken sandwich and very unique take on fries was excellent. The kids menu is a bonus and my daughter finished nearly all the pizza. They were out of pulled pork and ribs but offered to create a burnt ends sandwich instead. Great recommendation from our server! It was delicious. The vibe is an added bonus. It's absolutely beautiful inside. I appreciate a place that backs up ambiance with great food and drinks. Plus, love getting craft cocktails from a brewery. It will definitely be our local spot from now on.“

“Went here with some friends of mine after a memorial service. I got the Hallowed Stars Sour Ale and it was good. I also tried the Vacation Mode lime hibiscus ale and I should've gotten that one! But I only stayed for a drink. The menu seemed well encompassing with something for everyone, from Stouts to Sours. I would definitely visit again. Staff was pretty friendly, especially Paul.“

“This was our first time here and Whiskey Hill was wonderful. I had the chicken sandwich with fries. Others had fish tacos and chicken strips. They were delicious!!! For dessert we had beignet's so light and airy with raspberry and chocolate sauce for dipping. We will definitely be back.“

“It’s a small brewery that makes you feel at home. Wide selection usually about 20 beers on tap. The also package four packs in cooler for you to take home. You can fill up growlers as well. Been coming here since the pandemic and haven’t left. Wonderful small business that steeply has earned its reputation. For food they have rotating food trucks, allow delivery or you can bring in food too!“
