“I would have to agree with the positive reviews that this Italian beef is the real deal. Someone said this was salty but I’m pretty sure she just made up stuff. The bread was not stale, it was fresh. They gave me a lot of sweet peppers and meat. I had it dipped. The meat was juicy and tender. I could have eaten two of these but I wasn’t sure how big it was. I also got a chili cheese dog. It was good but not as memorable as the beef. I would have to come back and try the cheesy Italian beef and Italian sausage. They have one single person restroom and a good amount of seats. I came at night so most of the orders were takeout. The staff was friendly.“

So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. We arrived and explained to Sam that we previously had a negative experience but that it was a while ago and we hadn’t had a chance to come back sooner. But we were told to come in and explain that we spoke to Phil and we’d be taken care of. Sam went to the back so speak with Phil on the matter of course and when he returned he took complete care of us, no questions. “As soon as I saw this place, I told my wife we had to go. It’s the home of the torpedo sandwich, how could you say no. The place did not disappoint! I got a “10 inch” torpedo sandwich but it was more like 24 inches! Allie got a Hot Italian Beef which was also delicious and would have made Tony Soprano proud. Hopefully we make it back one day! Yes, it is exactly what it sounds like; a milk shake with a whole slice of chocolate cake blended into it. My daughter absolutely loves it.
