“Every time we come here we always have a good time! The service is always amazing, the food is also amazing.
We always come here for lunch and the lunch special for chicken is 12.99$ and that includes salad and soup. This place also doesn't up-charge for fried rice!
Overall, this place is my go-to for lunch. A cheap but great meal with a great hibachi performance!“

“This is absolutely a one of a kind experience! My mother and I did the “Decadent Omakase” as it was our first visit. Lee, our waiter was amazing. All of the staff that helped us were so informative and kind! The flavor in each selection was beyond this world. It was pricey but worth every single penny. I have never had a better experience in my life. The Omakase was EIGHT COURSES. Every one being perfectly curated. I cannot wait to go back.“

“This was a pretty decent spot for ramen considering there are not a whole lot in the Lisle area. There is shared parking. They have a decent amount of seating, I don’t think they get super busy. They also have a special Chinese menu so I guess this is a good Chinese and Japanese place. I’ll have to return to try their Chinese dishes. We ordered gyoza, kaarage shoyu ramen, and tonkotsu ramen. The broths were well seasoned. The kaarage chicken was very juicy in the middle and crispy on the outside. The chashu was very tender and little chew. Gyozas were tasty. They had a nice crunch to them. Service was okay, not much of a service. Prices were good.“

What really made the night, though, was our waitress. She was kind, fun, and genuinely made us feel welcome without being over the top. Service was quick, drinks stayed filled, and she had the perfect vibe for a relaxed dinner.

“I have eaten at Tanaka Sushi once or twice a month since 2021, and they consistently serve the best Japanese and Korean food in the Naperville/Lisle area. I am a sushi snob, and their sushi is always fresh and well-prepared. Their cooked dishes are always served piping hot and delicious, well-plated, and the portion sizes are great for the price. The employees clearly have a tight-knit work environment, and they are all always polite. I cannot recommend this restaurant more. You will never regret a Tanaka Sushi lunch.“

“We recently visited for my bday on 5/31. The decor is beautiful and the service was stellar! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He was extremely entertaining and super accommodating. He made our hibachi dinner experience the best we have ever had. The food was perfect and great portion sizes. My son even ordered Spider rolls and said they were amazing! My two teens and 1yr old enjoyed it immensely! Thank you all for the great celebration. We will be back for sure!!!
