“Sushi lover here. Ordered couple times 3 rolls lunch special and it was great. The quality of the rolls is top notch. Today I went to try the signature nigiri and Ari maki along with their house sake and it was just amazing.
Make sure to try the Zuke salmon nigiri, Yellowtail signature nigiri and the Big eye tuna nigiri as well. They are all wow😌“

“Finally tried this restaurant after having driven by many times. It happened to be during happy hour so I ordered the choose 3 rolls for $15. I was expecting a small order but it seemed like a regular portion. I ended up ordering another roll and bringing some home. Will definitely return to try other rolls.“

“I ordered take out and one of my orders was the chicken karaage. It was slightly dry, did not use traditional chicken thigh pieces, instead used chicken breast. Did not taste the marinade in the meat that its usually mixed in prior to being fried.“

“I stopped by K Teriyaki in Niles and tried the Chicken Teriyaki lunch special. I placed my order at 11:46 and received it at 12:02, so the wait was pretty reasonable. They also have an online ordering option if you’re short on time.
As far as the food goes, I’d put it on the higher end of middle-of-the-road for me. It’s not the best teriyaki I’ve ever had, but it’s certainly not the worst. The chicken had a slight char, which I enjoyed, and the steamed vegetables—cabbage, broccoli, and carrots—were still crunchy rather than overcooked.

I also like that the teriyaki sauce comes on the side instead of the chicken being covered in it. You can add as much or as little as you want, which gives you more control over the calories and can be helpful for people with dietary restrictions.

It’s a family-friendly spot, too, with high chairs and booster seats available right by the door.

They have five lunch specials, and I’ve decided I’m going to work my way through all of them. The Chicken Teriyaki was a solid start and landed on the higher end of middle-of-the-road for me. I’m looking forward to trying the other four to see which one comes out on top.“

“Now one of my favorite restaurants! My friend and I came in for dinner, and everything was amazing! The atmosphere was so inviting and warm, the food was fresh and tasty, the complementary tea was super delicious, and the owner/chef/waitress was so kind and an absolute gem!

I had the beef bento box, and it was hot and fresh and extremely good. There is so much food you get in each of the bentos! My friend had the chicken katsu dinner and it was the best katsu we've ever had.

Absolute recommend to anyone wanting some comforting Japanese food.“

“Small resto with few bistro tables and chairs. They have different choices in their menus. My fave is the chicken nanban. Crispy breaded chicken strips soaked ij sweet and tangu vinegar-soy sauce and tiooed with tartar sauce or mayo and it is really yummy! It has rice and salad already. We also ordered Shaka Shaka fries and you can choose from their different flavors like cheese, corn, miso, happy happy and many more. They give you paper bag and you can mox the flavorings. Very addictive! Lastly we tried the Teriyaki omelet burger, seems like irdinary burger but they topped it with the freshly cooked japanese omelet. The server slice the omelet and add mayo and teriyaki sauce. Since it is huge and messy to eat, they give you pastic gloves. Teriyaki burger is tasty and not too sweet. Service is superb!“

There's nothing wrong with charging a service fee, but Chicago rules require service fees and surcharges to be clearly and prominently disclosed before customers order. Surprising customers with a mandatory charge at the end is not good practice.“

“Very high quality. Only downfall is if you’re in a big group they only allow you to order 10 items per 5 mins. That could include rice/drinks so for the 5 of us, we had to use the first half of our order on rice/drinks. Kind of sucks for that. Other than that it’s good.“

Sunset roll- not my favorite but quality of fish was amazing and presentation with edible stars

Immaculate tempura and generally have your order ready quick and fresh.

I got the Edomar Tempura plate and loved it.
I especially love how when you get the plate they include the grated daikon in your tentsuyu! The only place in the US I've seen even include it.

Absolutely try it out if you haven't yet. I highly recommend any combo that includes a shishito pepper with it!“

“ROYCE’ Chocolate is absolutely incredible. This is some of the best and most delicious chocolate I’ve ever had. The texture is unbelievably smooth and creamy, and every bite melts in your mouth. The flavors are rich without being overpowering, and the quality really stands out. An amazing treat and also a perfect gift.“

“I have been to this place a couple of times now and love the options that they have on their menu. I love their Poke Bowls. They give you amazing portion size. I have had their sushi as well and truly enjoy the options and portion sizes with them. Prices are great and the location is perfect for you to grab a meal and then catch a movie right across the street.“

“The greeter seemed to not wanna be there, possibly from the attitude of the other staff, while she was trying to get us setup another dude jumped in and interrupted and took over. Figure out who does what.
I also found some bogus transaction on my card from this day, and the only time anyone ever took my card from me was from this restaurant I ended up with an uber charge but I DRIVE MY OWN CAR! this is the only time I had anyone else touch my card this day so is someone back there taking card information? has anyone else experienced this from this place? check your transaction history if this is a trend its gonna be a problem, if not perhaps a different vendor is doing it, eitherway its unproven yet so it doesnt affect my rating, if someone does get a bogus charge after going here, can you post it on a review so we can see a pattern.“

“Did an order to-go after work with the spicy pork bibimbap and the japchae! Super tasty and delicious, and everything looked and tasted fresh! Everything was packed nicely and the sauce was provided in a separate container for me. Glad they opened a Korean food place close to me as well.
