“Love the food, service is excellent and the people are friendly. One thing puzzles me though. Both the Mid Week special and the Family Feast have the same base: Spaghetti, Torpedo and Garlic bread. The Mid Week special comes with Cinnamon Bread which is free, so you're just paying for the base. The Family Feast comes with a quart of soda which is not indicated as free, so you're paying for the base plus the soda. Why does the Mid Week special cost more?“

“We haven’t been in since the remodel and today we was driving by and decided it’s been a while let’s go eat here. We was not disappointed AT ALL! Everyone was super friendly from the bartenders to the kitchen staff and our waitress was top notch! Our drinks never got to less than half full and she checked on us just enough! The food was soooo good! Their hand cut fries are cooked to perfection and today we was going in for lunch so we got burgers and they was so full of flavor and prepared just how we asked. We will for sure be going back!“

“This place is off the chain with its crazy selection of soft drinks, I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper which is just a Dr Pepper w/ coconut and vanilla added. I had a friend of mine order a crazy Starry which is just a Starry w/ Red Grenadine! I ordered the Pablo Burrito and it was huge!!! I only ate a third of it because I had a tamale al La carte. The only reason I gave it a 3 star for service is when I came back from the restroom to wash my hands everyone at our table was standing up!!!

I was wondering after we had just been seated why was everyone standing!!! Apparently someone had made reservations and was throwing a hissy fit because we got seated first!!! In the midst of all this confusion the owner finally found a space in the back for the reserved party and we were able to sit down in the original same place as before!!!

I give it a 4 for atmosphere since there is no place to review for outside decor!!!

Apparently the locals all know this place yet if you were driving by you would miss it as their signage is not lit!!! Just fix the neon sign or get a different one so it lights up and you can see the name from the hiway!!! You have the money the place is always packed!!!

The spinach artichoke was some of the best we’ve ever had, we both ordered the Delmonico steaks were cooked to perfection, don’t let the prices scare you worth every penny. This restaurant rivals any from our home state of Arkansas“

“On our recent visit the food was very good and the service was great. We are a bit disappointed that bread is no longer available and neither are baked potatoes apparently. However the salmon and sirloin steak were delicious and we will return.“

“This was our first time here. To the point, service was not the quickest but there was only 1 server and a cook that I could see. Server was nice and took good care of us. Took our order, brought drinks, did refills, etc., in a timely manner. Food was hot, good and plenty of it. Not fancy, good homecooked food and you don't have to do the dishes! Servings could have been 2 meals but I was hungry!😆 We had omelets, pancakes, French toast 😋. When you're riding down Main St., in Decatur, Il stop and try this local spot.“

“I came down from Chicago as a tourist. I have never experienced fried sliced mushrooms till I got here. I don’t think I could ever go back to whole mushrooms. The batter was so light and flavorful that’s including the onion rings. I originally got the garlic cheese carts. They were so delicious that I ended up ordering later on in our meal the spicy cheese curds. A spicy cheese curds Will creep up on you and the heat will stay with you but in a good way and not as a punishment. I asked the waitress about the batter and she had said that everything is battered by hand. Before I go onto our main meal, I have to rave about the ranch! Thick tangy housemade; I wanted to take this back to Chicago. The Warf Burger was delicious but the Canadian bacon put it over the top and the grilled onions were a touch of perfection. The mashed potatoes was a bit basic but that gravey was absolutely fire! The buffalo chicken horseshoe was thick! So much cheese (who’s complaining?)! The chicken was moist and cooked perfectly. The buffalo sauce was a great contrast with all that cheese. They serve Pepsi drinks.“
