“tried this place because I was around the area I usually go to liquid fusion in linconshire a bit further but always great, it was friday around 230pm walked in said hi nothing the guy took my order I said thank you nothing I mean I don’t want people to be extra friendly but okay wow ordered a almond milk tea with boba it was delicious but the customer service is lacking I felt like I was asking for a favor and bothering the worker there I don’t know if I will be going back“

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Straw & Bubbles Boba Bar in Glenview! From the moment I walked in, Jenny greeted me with such warmth and kindness, instantly making me feel welcome. Her friendly and attentive service truly made my visit special. The atmosphere was inviting, and the croffles was beyond delicious—perfectly crafted with great flavors and the perfect texture. I left feeling so happy and satisfied! This will definitely be my go-to spot for boba and croffles, and I can’t wait to come back. “Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“This was the second time I came here. The first time they didn’t have all of the food items. Now, you can have dinner and dessert at the same place. They only have one kiosk to order from. Most of the time they were in the back. The people are actually very nice but their customer service skills could use some work. When I asked for extra spoons, I didn’t receive any sarcastic or snide remarks. I ordered just an iced milk tea (Thai) with brown sugar jelly. The results are very decent, not the best. Price was fair. I had a sample of my partner’s bingsoo. They come in two different sizes, the cup one is for one person. The other one can be shared between 2-3 people. Fresh ingredients and good ice cream. They have tables and booths for groups and couples. Ample seating. They also have some props for taking pictures with.“

“This past March marked the very 1st time trying this Kung Fu Tea and just like other locations I've been to, same consistently delicious bubble tea.
Pretty sure Lake Forest never had any bubble tea parlors or if there's any Asian/oriental restaurants that serve bubble tea but I'm guessing this place is the town's 1st parlor.
Bubble tea/boba is the in-thing now and is rapidly growing all across the country. Anytime a new boba shop opens in the area, I can't wait to try it.
Friendly service at still reasonable prices in a new spiffy clean venue in beautiful downtime LF and I hope this place gets oodles of business and stays open for decades to come.“

“I go there a lot with my brothers & sisters! I went with my new puppy recently & they let us in and loved my baby as much as we loved the atmosphere & customer service. A young asian worker with red highlights at the time served us and deserves a raise + the owner is so sweet too~ thank you so much & go to KFT 11/10“

“The food was great and the service was quick as well! Great atmosphere and good people. Our fav was the Knockout Burger but a close second was the Hot Chick. The wings were crispy and juicy albeit a little on the sweeter side for a mango habanero. Over all loved the food and will be coming back for more!

“We love supporting local business in the city of Des Plaines! This was a gem that we found today and the coffee was delicious. The employees of River Woods Funeral Chapels had the LaVie En Rose and the Mocha. We loved getting to know the staff and making friends in the lobby. Parking was also very convenient. “I came here with my kids who were really excited for ice cream and boba, and we were very happy with the quality and service. Superman milkshake was so good, strawberry smoothie with tapioca was my favorite! We all had a blast and Jerry made us feel very welcomed! This will definitely be our ice cream and boba spot.“
