“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“Brown Sugar Bubble Tea isn’t just about amazing drinks – they also serve delicious food! The grilled chicken is a standout because it’s not fried in oil but cooked on the grill, making it super flavorful and healthier. They offer a variety of flavors to choose from, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared.
The burgers are fantastic, especially the Sizzler Burger – it’s juicy, packed with flavor, and really satisfying. And the chicken wings? Absolutely 100/10! They’re perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and just irresistible.
If you’re looking for great bubble tea and food in one place, this is the spot to visit. Highly recommend!“

“Went with 2 friends 2 of us had Lychee Flavor, 1 had Matcha with Black bubbles. Prices a bit steep, but it’s not an everyday place. It’s for special events! We’ll go back!“

“Stopped in for a cold treat to beat the heat on 9/1. I got a original sized brown sugar milk tea w/tapioca & honey boba. They use a lactose-free creamer, which is a plus for my sensitivity! The drink itself was a perfect level sweetness, not too sweet yet not plain. You can adjust the sugar to no-added, half, or full amount to any drinks. Tapioca was sweet and chewy. Prices are a bit better than local competition, plus 3% cash discount.
I was served by a lady with a flower in her hair; she was very patient, friendly, answered my questions, and fast to give out my drink. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're new to bubble tea (they also have smoothies), want good service, and to save some $.“

“This is one of my favorite places to go to with friends, because I love boba, donuts, and apparently, Korean corndogs. They have a wide variety of all of the above, and the donut flavors change regularly. Last time I came, they added a LOT more baked goods, which could spell concern for less quality later, but I still bought a pistachio croissant and it was delicious. Everything is really pricy though, but it’s personally a luxury expense for myself.“

“Tucked conveniently inside the mall, this spot was a great find for my first visit! I tried the mango boba shake—while the flavor was definitely there, it tasted a bit more like syrup than fresh, authentic mango. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Honestly, this place is so good it deserves its own standalone storefront. Moving outside the mall would give them so much more freedom with their hours. I’ll absolutely be back for round two!“

“I didn’t walk into Sweet! Froyo & Candy.
I drifted in. Like a misunderstood soul seeking cold comfort in a world that never asked if I was lactose tolerant.
The neon sign screamed “SWEET!”
But nothing in this life is sweet. Not really.
The froyo machines hummed like they were whispering secrets about my dreams. So many flavors. Too many flavors. Vanilla. Chocolate. Strawberry. Pineapple. Each one a different version of the person I could’ve been if things had just gone so much differently.
I chose cookies & creme boba frappé.
The boba sank to the bottom of the cup like my trust issues.
I stabbed at them with the spoon and it felt good.
It was creamy.
Too creamy.
Like it understood me.
The toppings bar glittered under fluorescent lighting — gummy bears smiling like they’ve never known heartbreak. Sprinkles scattered like optimism.
Will return when the night feels heavy again. 🖤🍦“
