“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“First time here & oh my goodness!!! I am raving about this place. My hunny & I came on a Saturday around noon & it was fairly empty, so no wait to be seated. They have a great menu with lots of smoothie options ? & great food to choose from. Their prices are pretty good too. I got pho with beef slices & added shrimp. My hunny got pho as well. We got crab rangoon as an appetizer. The crab rangoon was hot & tasted good. We both got smoothies, mine was the piña colada & it was very yummy (: Our pho was amazing!! Oh my gosh the broth was seasoned so well, it had sooo much flavor I couldn't stop drinking it even after feeling full lol. This place def has the best pho to date that I've ever had. I WILL be coming back!!“

“This is a pretty unique boba shop. They have very nice glass mason jars instead of plastic cups and they also have flasks with anime characters like spy x family, one piece and Naruto.

They have shimmery drinks! We tried 24k gold and all the kids were very impressed. It is super pretty and the flask is cool. All the drinks were great!

The waffle was very good also.

It did take a while because we had 10 drinks and there was only 1 person as far as we can see. She was super nice though.

It's a very cute place and it has 2 small claw machines, with very weak claws.... There are plenty of seating and the benches are great for the kids.

“This past March marked the very 1st time trying this Kung Fu Tea and just like other locations I've been to, same consistently delicious bubble tea.

Pretty sure Lake Forest never had any bubble tea parlors or if there's any Asian/oriental restaurants that serve bubble tea but I'm guessing this place is the town's 1st parlor.

Bubble tea/boba is the in-thing now and is rapidly growing all across the country. Anytime a new boba shop opens in the area, I can't wait to try it.

Friendly service at still reasonable prices in a new spiffy clean venue in beautiful downtime LF and I hope this place gets oodles of business and stays open for decades to come.“

“The food was great and the service was quick as well! Great atmosphere and good people. Our fav was the Knockout Burger but a close second was the Hot Chick. The wings were crispy and juicy albeit a little on the sweeter side for a mango habanero. Over all loved the food and will be coming back for more!

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“I would have given this place 5 stars for service but I am soooo old that I remember when there were places that only accepted cash. Ok. Laugh it up. But seriously I have encountered for the first time in my life a cashless place. Yes, they exist. Cashless places and this place is cashless. Please if you have only cash in your pocket which would to me seem like only a 7 year old receiving his first 100 dollar Christmas gift extravaganza, will have cash in his/her pocket. “As a self-proclaimed boba connoisseur and lover of local businesses, I was hoping to add another to my growing list of affordable, quality, and quaint boba joints.

Instead, I opted to try their small selection of quality ice creams. Only 6 flavours are available, but it's extremely customisable and the staff is very accommodating.

I was absolutely blown away by the vanilla ice cream. The taste is subtle and not overpowering, but it's a fresh kind of vanilla I've never had and is sure to please all vanilla lovers. The texture of the ice cream was perfect - it didn't melt too fast, not too soft or frozen, and it was creamy but not overwhelmingly creamy. Simply put, you NEED to try it!

The individual who accommodated me was phenomenal! I unfortunately was unable to ask his name, but he took great care of my vanilla ice cream with oreos in a cake cone. Furthermore, I was able to learn more about the business and how involved they are in the community, which is always a plus.

Although I didn't try their boba, I have no doubt it's as quality as their ice cream. Overall, I love the business and am excited to come back with friends and family!

Parking: The parking is a bit small as the store itself is in downtown Deerfield and located along a busy main road (Rt43/Waukegan Rd). I can imagine during more busy hours, it'd be difficult to find good parking as, other than the small parking lot in the back, you may have to walk to the location.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly! The menu is extremely customisable, especially if you have any dietary allergies.“

“This place is really cute. I wanted some bubble tea and I found it first on maps. There was an odd smell when I walked in but it was very clean. No one was there but there was a little kiosk to order. I put in my order and sat down. They got me my order within 5 mins and I left. The boba was soft and sweet and the tea was Sweet and nice. I wouldn't go out of my way to get to this store but if I'm in the area and I want some bubble tea, I'll stop by.“
