Subway in Dixon IL is a clean restaurant with friendly staff who are willing to modify orders to satisfy customers. The location is conveniently close to Interstate 88. Despite the overwhelming options, the staff is helpful in explaining choices. However, a customer felt uncomfortable when asked for a tip and found the prices to be high compared to other places. The $9.11 for a 6-inch Turkey and Cheese sub left the customer feeling shocked and unlikely to return.
