“I stopped by earlier because I saw a picture of Dr. Sebi on the window and it caught my attention because Dr. Sebi really inspired me to loose weight and eat alkaline things instead of all that junk food i use to eat and the moment i came in this place i felt a great vibe and it smell great i had a mushroom coffee and some alkiline water and it was delicious i will continue to go back and try other things they have a lot of alkaline things that are good for the body and the owner and the rest of the crew in there are so friendly.“

However, this new location is closer to my house and I would be a frequent customer if they would ever answer the phone. I called both numbers on this page. One is out of service the other never gets answered. I want to see this restaurant succeed. It is Black owned and I want to support it. Please update your number on Facebook to the correct number that will get answered. Until I am able to call to place an order, I will place my order at Daisy's Cafe 2 in Hazel Crest. It's a longer drive, but They always answer their phone.“

“So lucky to find Steel City Bakery. They are very kind and no matter how busy will stop to reply to your text. They answered all my questions and kept me updated on my order. I ordered a custom cake 2 days before my daughters birthday (most places want a week notice) They even delivered the cake to my house (and worked with me on changing the delivery time.last minute) And my daughters cake (although not elaborate design) came out exactly how she wanted it! I can honestly say in all the years I have ordered custom cakes they have never been 100% accurate. This cake was on point! And the taste was amazing! I'm excited to taste their truffles today that I just ordered! Hands down Steel City Bakery will be my go to Bakery for my family and I and if yall want beautiful, delicious Bakery ONLY USE STEEL CITY BAKERY....You won't regret it!!

The image on the cake is of a comedian from the show Impractical Jokers (it's a inside joke my 2 daughters have ) and the birthday girl had to have his face on her birthday cake) The 17 is edible sugar art cake topper (although not over the top) brought the cake together and her favorite color is green! Steel City knocked it out the park!“
