During our meal, we witnessed a front desk employee yelling at Rita and slamming his hands on the table, causing a significant disturbance that was noticeable to many patrons. Despite this unprofessional behavior, Rita maintained her composure and continued to provide exceptional service. Her professionalism and dedication to her customers were commendable. “First time trying White Castle and the sliders were great. Small but they hit. Only issue was they forgot one of my drinks, and since it was delivery there's nothing you can do once the bag's already there. Everything else was decent and the food showed up hot.
