UPDATE 8/10 this time i had the classic chicago hotdog and sweet potato fries! Unfortunately this time around the hot dog was not all that great, very bland and actual weiner didn’t have much flavor and the sweet potatoes were a bit burnt, but i think this is a minor mistake than can easily be fixed in the future! Can’t wait to be back!“

I’d recommend Amy‘s kebab to all my friends and prices were very reasonable. Ordered the 3 way mixed grill with kefta kebab, chicken kebab, and chicken shawerma.The meal included rice, bread, salad, and some sauces, we added garlic sauce and lentil soup Everything was very good, service was great, clean restaurant with plenty of parking.“

“I order a Miso soup, it was fantastic, to the point that I feel so sleepy, the broth was thick and full of flavor, the noodles fantastic, but my favorite part was the pork, so tender, so delicious.

“On a very hot and busy evening, we took the only seats available, outside- the outdoor seating happens to be a beautiful sun room with a nice view. We came in mid dinner rush on a Friday evening and this place was PACKED, so naturally it was a little busy, and the kitchen had a nightmare on their hands to work through. That being said, the food came out a little slow, and without any sort of prompting, or anything, one of the owners (a VERY nice lady) came out and apologized for the wait, then comped our appetizer for coming out after the entrees, and to top it off she threw in a free dessert for the "trouble" which as far as we were concerned wasn't any trouble at all. The product itself was well worth the wait. I personally NEVER finish my entrees at restaurants, and I absolutely destroyed the Caribbean Burger I ordered. SO worth the wait. Portions are great, food quality was awesome, the entire staff was friendly, despite it being so busy and so hot, the whole experience was awesome from walking in, to closing out. 20/10, would absolutely come here again and would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good Midwestern meal with a great atmosphere.“

“**TMI WARNING **Sushi on a conveyor belt. It is a hit or miss on different days. Unfortunately last time it was meh. The service was great. The food was good. It was the aftermath of the food. Both my husband and I had the bubble guts. Don't get me wrong it was good going in. But coming out was a different story.

Wheelchair accessibility: Being disabled and having difficulty walking. They have I wanna say 2 or 3 parking spaces. The entrance is right next to the parking spaces. Which is amazing.“

“Spirit Water is a fantastic low key place with excellent offerings. The owner is super nice and knows his products well and can help you decide on what beverages to try. It's a great place to spend a few hours. Usually has a food truck in the lot, if not you can bring food or have it delivered and eat there. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. They occasionally have live music or other special nights there. Its Family friendly in the early evening and pet friendly all the time. Give it a try ypu won't regret it.“

SweetSpot makes the most INCREDIBLE malt I have ever had anywhere, and not once in 10 years has it been less than amazing! I took a friend a few months ago, telling them that the malts are the best and she was skeptical. Had one sip and said it was "50/10."However, if you aren't into malts, there are many other things to love. They have the widest variety of candies I have ever seen at one shop, plus some types of candy that I haven't seen anywhere else in 15 years, not to mention soda in actual glass bottles! Good luck finding those in your local grocery store! It seems impossible to find a real *candy* store anymore, as opposed to a store with a candy section.If you're in the area, SweetSpot is a must-visit. The food was delicious, as always, but what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service.

We encountered a minor issue with my order, and the staff immediately took action to rectify the situation. Their promptness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we were incredibly grateful for their kindness and efficiency.

“i recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant that I felt compelled to share. I went there for dinner with my fiancée, mother, and our two young kids, ages 3 and 1. Initially, the dinner was fantastic; we were enjoying our time together and the food was great. However, after about an hour and 20 minutes, we were abruptly told we had to leave because of other reservations. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I still had my drink left, and we had just paid our tab As we were leaving, we encountered a manager and inquired about the situation. To our shock, she responded by asking if we knew how to read English, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I pulled up my reservation online and nowhere does it say there was a time limit. To make matters worse, as we walked through the bar to exit, she followed my mother and physically shoved her three times. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment, and it left a sour taste in what could have been a lovely evening. We called the cops to make a report as the manager "lucy" (she told me this was her name) should never be able to touch a customer. Especially since we were not refusing to leave AND my kids were there to witness it all. In the car my son kept asking why the lady pushed my mom . This shouldn't be something I need to answer as it never should have happened. She tried telling the cops she did not have the "intent" to hurt but to get us out . Yet we were not even refusing to leave...only letting her know it was rude as we still had stuff that was unfinished that we paid for. I understand that restaurants have to manage reservations, but there are respectful ways to handle these situations. Additionally, she left it up to the waiter to tell us we had to leave . I won't be returning, and I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision. And please , if you were in the bar / restaurant when this all happened , speak up on how wrong it was of her to push someone like that.“
