“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! You should really go check out The Polish American Bistro, whether or not you are Polish! They have food for everyone. Dziękuję Ania and Darek!“

“One of my favorite places in Cary. Great owner, super nice and a great business man. I have tried a few different dishes from here and am obsessed with their caprese salad, chopped salad, buffalo chicken wrap, and their cauliflower crust pizza. They have delivery and also pickup. Their fruit when in season is super fresh and I honestly cant even find that fresh at a grocery store. Sometimes I drive 20 minutes to pick up their super fresh caprese salad and fruit side. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you haven't already!!! By far one of my favorite go to in Cary!“

This is the first time my autistic son has been out to eat for this length of time. I felt this restaurant was super laid back and a great family atmosphere. “Disappointing. Have given this place a few tries, but last night was the last. Ordered a sausage pizza and there literally was 1 piece of sausage per slice on majority of the slices of pizza. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. “We just had a large 100 person event and used Geno Nottolini’s for the first time after seeing an advertisement for catering. I was worried because using a new company and me being responsible. “I have been ordering from here for dinner where I work. We all aty work enjoy the pizza & appetizer. I ordered a Chicken Ceasar salad, a small BLT pizza & an Italian Beef with giardiniera with a side of adjustable. Well my coworker told me she only received 1 small Ceasar dressing for the salad (2 or 3 for the salad would have it nicely covered), Italian Beef was a fully disappointment. I would NEVER recommend that at all. The menu for the Italian Beef is NOT true at all. The menu says "NOW WITH MORE MEAT", well I received more giardiniera then meat. When I called she told me that it was 6ozs. of meat that all beefs get. I can tell you as a former line cook that packaged Italian Beef that what I received was NOT 6ozs since I packaged 7ozs of Italian Beef. I DO NOT recommend the Italian Beef at all. I was excited to get the be since all I heard was good things but when I received it and looked at the sandwich it was giardiniera with very little Italian Beef and I received 2 large containers of auju. I was really DISAPPOINTED on the sandwich and the answer that they gave me. If your menu says "NOW WITH MORE MEAT" 6ozs is not enough. It was a GIARDINIERA sandwich with Italian beef... Other pizza I will not order anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTED.... Pictures will be posted...“

“I want to commend the closing staff. We went here after my kiddos rehearsal at blizzard theater it was around 9:35. She really was hungry after a long day and tough rehearsal. Sadly door was locked. And ovens were being shit down. Cue disappointment from my kiddo when I got into car.
