“My friends and I stopped here on a road trip. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. I really appreciated the Simpsons and Seinfeld references in the menu. I ordered the BLT with a salad and ancho ranch. Amazing! And so much food I had leftovers. My friends also shared their elite fries and onion rings. Both amazing! Very exciting and fun place with delicious food for a good value. If you’re passing through, do yourself a favor and stop.“

“Very friendly clean place. Great deal on MOnday Burger meal -$6.00. Fries are to die for. Sit near the bar area very relaxing . If you have a hearing impairment request that area. Little easier to hear than in the bigger room which has more echo . I was very impressed. Went back two days later. Two thumbs up!!!!

“We visited for the first time yesterday evening. Our waitress, Erica, was wonderful. We started with the ginormous pretzel with 2 cheeses for dipping. It was delicious and not chewy like most are. Hubby had the ribeye sandwich with seasoned fries. The steak was cooked as he requested and it was a large sandwich! I had the shrimp grinder sandwich with seasoned fries. There were a ton of shrimp in it, delicious boom boom sauce and the hogie bun was even grilled. So good! And our food came out FAST! Thank you for a great dinner! We will be back! #supportlocal“

“Hadn’t been here for about five years and the only thing that changed was the side the brunch items were located. The food was still very good and the staff was outstanding. Emma was our server and she was very attentive to all the tables she was responsible for. Highly recommend and please check out the specials they have throughout the week.“

“It's really a great place to relax...the Halloween decorations are over the top..very well done...food is very good. Just had a bacon cheeseburger, but it was better than most places...bacon was perfect. Waitress is about as nice and friendly as you can get. Just made you feel welcomed and so friendly... she just had great manners... I wish I had got her name. I would 100% recommend if you have never been there before. Great place to watch a game. They have many big screen TVs.“

“We were seated very quickly and the waitress came out in about 5 minutes, took our drink order, brought it in about 10 but NEVER seen her again. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting we asked for a new server. They moved us to a new server and he was fantastic (wish I could remember his name). The sad part is the waitress didn’t have many tables and just kept disappearing. Anyways, she lost out on a $65 dollar tip. My husband had the meatloaf and said it was horrible!!! And he eats anything! River House has gone downhill since we were last there about year and half ago. No wonder they weren’t that busy last night and we got seated immediately“

“Beers are 'poured' in reverse, from the bottom into special glasses with a spring closing latch, different but seems to have a smooth pour. Probably a dozen different tap beers to choose from, some local like Easy Eddy by Big Grove, Bent River. I ordered the Reuben, it was ok, nothing to write home about, I was hoping to see the river from the outside patio but you cannot, you are about 1-2 blocks from river view, so don't be tricked by the name Riverside.“

“So about 9 almost 10 years ago I met this nice lady named Kristi she came with a friend that did a guest spot at my tattoo shop in La Crosse, WI. My husband was down there about a month or two ago he came to that bar and she remembered my husband even after he lost over 200lbs. Every time I come down to Illinois I am going to end up here. Great atmosphere and met sooooo many awesome people. Love this place great hometown feel. Food is phenomenal and of course you get Kristi Luv! See you probably in February!!!!!“

“Stopped in for lunch and the bar had such a wonderful atmosphere. Great food, I recommend the mozz bricks with bacon. They’re so addicting. The regulars are friendly. Also enjoyed playing on the slots while waiting for food. I definitely recommend if you’re in Silvis , Illinois to stop by here asap!!!“

“Looney's and Steve's next door are the same owner. Great local dive bars for quality drinks and good eats at reasonable prices. Good burgers, dogs, sausages, pizza, etc. Patrick at Looney's is a terrific emoloyee and will be sure your food is perfectly made and your drinks put a smile upon your face. Both places are 5 star dive bars and a solid 4 star late night food stop for overall experience. Looking forward to stopping back into Steve's and/or Looney's on my next trip to Moline. And special shout out to Patrick for catering to airline crew that gets in late night. Thanks for your great service to us with keeping the kitchen open until midnight!“

“I had the Fiesta BBQ Nachos and man were they good. Price was decent and worth every penny. I just moved to the area and like supporting local businesses so I will definitely be back to try more stuff. Nice looking pub lots of TVs and good amount of people in there too so it must be popular. The man who served me was very nice. All in all very good experience.“
