“Its good for what it is, fast food. If you want an authentic experience, go elsewhere. If you want a good helping meal at a good price within few minutes of placing your order, then you can't really go wrong here. The hot braised chicken has been a favorite of mine since the 90s.“

“Mr. Panda is an absolute favorite of mine! My wife grew up in Silvis, and her parents still reside in their childhood home, just a few blocks away. Every meal we’ve had there has been exceptional. The portions are generous, and it’s always a favorite whenever we visit. My personal favorites are the Crab Rangoon and the sesame chicken. The value for money is great, and the food is prepared quickly. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out! You won’t regret it, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.“

(No idea what Chaii is going on about in his review 3 years ago, we’ve carried out from here 3 times in two weeks and it’s been so good every time. Maybe they’re a competitor? Or just unknowledgeable as most armchair “experts” in the quad cities are 😂 Don’t take my word for it, try this place out for yourself.)

“Crab Rangoon is crisp, creamy, and generously filled. Fried Dumpling is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I'm not usually a fan of sweet and sour but theirs is bright and balanced. The chicken fried rice is nicely seasoned and plentiful. China Cafe is a great, affordable, non-corporate-chain sot to get good food.“

“Very nice, friendly staff and service. Young lady explained the brief confusion on my phone order. Very clear restaurant inside and out, parking easy w/o potholes. Fried Rice was very good, not gummy or lumpy, the beef was delicious w/plenty of of onions. Ohhhh Yeah I'll be back!?????

“This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Davenport, and I wish they had a stand-alone location. I always get their Bourbon chicken and their chicken and mushrooms with steamed rice. Those two dishes are fantastic and they give LARGE portions.“

“The food was delicious, everything was clean and we were served very quickly. Our server, Dennis, was very kind. He made sure everything was good and our drinks were always full - he even put my leftovers in the box for me. All around great service and food, couldn’t recommend it more.“

But omg I was blown away, service was so friendly, smells coming from the kitchen were amazing, and when I opened up my food containers I was blown away. Large portions and absolutely delicious food. I can’t wait to come back and try more things off the menu! We tried the sesame chicken, roasted pork fried rice, chicken lo mien, and the friend chicken wings, they absolutely did not miss a beat on anything. “10/10 service and food. My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week and LOVE the crab rangoons and teriyaki chicken. We just visited today and were offered the jumbo crab rangoon and it was AMAZING! This is our go to spot and it just gets better everytime we go!“

“Food is some of the better Chinese around here when its fresh but customer service is lacking. No specials and I asked if they had anything coming out hot and the lady serving me said no and twenty seconds later the chef brings out a fresh batch of Kung pan. I got the 1 entree bowl and felt kind of ripped off for the amount of food you get and you don't get an appetizer. 5 stars because of cleanliness and the food tho.“

“Food is pretty consistent which is good, better quality than most local Chinese places. I've never experienced any rudeness from staff and I probably eat there at least 3 times a month. Sometimes there is a wait but I'm willing to wait for fresh food (10-15) minutes, but most of the time its quick.“
