“Six of my former co-workers and I had lunch here 9/17/2019.\n\nMost of us had hamburgers - - some also had fries.\n\nThe burgers were thick, grilled just right and very tasty.\n\nThey give a generous portion of fries.\n\nOur server was friendly and provided great, timely service.\n\nMy check for a hamburger and water including tax (excluding tip) was $6.13.\n\nWe'll be going back.“

“I ate here for the first time for my husband's office Christmas party.
The food was great, and the quantities were ample.
The menu selection was good, and there were plenty of appetizers available.
The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We had about 10 or so people in our party and the wait staff was very efficient in getting us serviced in a timely manner.

“I went for lunch today and had the catfish, dinner salad, and Cole slaw. It was an actual channel catfish, cooked with the most perfect crust that was not at all grease on it, the salad had the freshest salad greens, slices if cucumber, and tomatoes, with delicious croutons. The cole slaw is made there, is creamy, and I fell in love with all of it. The owner is a perfectionist and the food is too quality! I have not found anyone else in Peoria that serves this quality of food. I will be there at least once a week! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!“

Upon arriving at 11:30 for pickup, and being met at the door by Jeffrey, I had a feeling that this was a good decision. We chose the prime rib 🥩 since we are having a traditional turkey 🦃 dinner tomorrow. Everything, including all sides, was delicious 😋 Thank you for committing your Thanksgiving day to serve others.“

“The food is easily a 10 out of 10. The service is exemplary, friendly and personal. I love eating there. The only con is the price of a Caesar salad, on our last visit my wife and I each got a Caesar salad to start our meal and the two salads alone was $25.00, everything else was inline with the service and atmosphere which is the best.“

“We frequent this restaurant. The food is always very good. The service is always very good. The staff seem to be very loud and conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner. Most of the time we go there we dine in. We can barely hear our conversation at our table because the staff is carrying on in a loud party like manner.“

“Our first time! The Brats are good. Loved the haus slaw but they only filled the container half way up which was disappointing. Was hoping for German potato salad too. Overall what we got was good but not enough food for $30.“

“What an awesome place! Stopped on my way through town, I absolutely love the atmosphere and the rehab of the old service station. Food was delicious and reasonably priced as well as the portions were large. The wait for food was short even though they were absolutely PACKED! I cannot say enough good things about this place“

“I’m asking if you would get into shipping, out of Wisconsin the company named cheese Brothers I ordered their cheese all the time but what I’m really missing is yours one time not too long ago well several years ago I should say, you shipped to me and trusted me to send you a check, which I did. I really really want your garlic, horseradish cheese that you make, how can we make that happen?“

“Great airport here in Peoria. Actual terminal has 11 gates and is about 2 football fields long. Two places to shop after security. One is an all-in-one place which includes bar with TV’s, food to order, premade foods, drinks, snacks, T-shirts, and anything you need for flying. The other store is a small gift shop.“

“Love their waffle fries and shoestring fries. Love how the tables are not crowded together. We had the prime rib special, chicken strips, BBQ burger, tuna steak (very spicy!!), and filet mignon. Called 30 minutes before arriving to make reservations, sat down with no wait time. This restaurant has a much quieter atmosphere than most other restaurants, in our experiences. A lot of cheesecakes on dessert menu... would love to see skillet cookie added there.“
