“I placed an order through app and picked up at the time app said order would be ready. I've done this several times before with no issues. Today I met Aaron at the counter & the order was not showing up in the system. Well Aaron quickly apologized & blamed himself for maybe not looking in the right spot for the order or maybe their system is messing up. I offered to pull up order from the app on my phone and wowwee..My order was set for the time I showed up but for 10 days later. Not sure why that specific date was set on my phone but clearly I was the problem and I was so embarrassed for that error on my end. Aaron was so kind and extended such grace to me. I apologized right away and he said no worries everything was fixable; easy to resolve. He also joked with me about coming back for another cake order for that later date; which I do plan on coming back for a bigger order anyways; especially for upcoming Holidays. Bravo to Nothing bundt cakes for their staff, customer service, quality products & safe, calm, happy environment. Thank you Aaron for being phenomenal!
