“Food was good and fresh. Peeps running the place struggled to pay attention to what the order was and needed repeats of questions they had just immediately asked. Not a huge detail, just a little scattered and not real busy. Place is tiny and parking lot is right, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Layout is weird and hard for people to que up and order.“

“I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks always amazing food, fast service, and a warm greeting from the amazing staff. My favorites are the meatball sub, sub on a club no mayo or mustard add ranch, and the hook and ladder. Definitely stop in and get an amazing lunch or dinner and don’t forget to sign up for their points program who doesn’t like free stuff!!“

“Edwardsville location is great! They always get my somewhat difficult order correct. Always greet me when I walk in and keep me updated with my order. Great, friendly staff. Please put the Chicken Philly On the online ordering so I can remember to get my reward points! :)“

“Just ordered about 30 min ago- I Usually don’t have any issue when I order in the restaurant (that’s why 4 stars and not 3); however, I ordered online today and tho it says in BIG type TOASTED- they did not. I don’t understand the difficulty- it wasn’t busy.“

“I am a regular customer (im ashamed to say how regular). I usually have no problems ...had a hiccup this week and HANNAH the assistant store manager ..single handeledly FIXED the problem.THIS IS HOW ALL MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE. HANNAH is a GREAT asset to your team and should be recognized as such.“

“Based on my experience, the Panera staff in Edwardsville always delivers exceptional service and high quality food and drinks within a clean and safe setting. I’ve observed it can be a challenge to maintain responsive and high quality service, within a clean environment given changing customer demands, their nuanced food preferences, unwillingness to cleanup after themselves, and customers just having a bad day, along with normal staffing and supply change challenges. That’s normal for the fast-paced, casual dining business But I’ve always observed the Panera team here consistently demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect for all, the customer and their staff, while still maintaining healthy boundaries for those rare difficult situations.
Great job and your service is sincerely appreciated.
