Unfortunately when a delivery is made and the pizza had clearly been dropped and is almost inedible, you don’t have the option of calling the store and getting a replacement or refund. Only option is to call a customer service center that processes a complaint and you’ll hear back in 7-10 days. Disappointed to say the least.
Never order from this location if you have very little patience every single time I order here they always mess up my pizza or they cancel my order or there’s too many people just don’t order from here please!
Stood on the lobby for 5 minutes; was never greeted by any of the employees working. One worker even actively avoided eye contact with me rather than communicate with or assist me. I walked out when I saw he wasn’t wearing gloves and was actively packing food. Terrible.
