Unfortunately when a delivery is made and the pizza had clearly been dropped and is almost inedible, you don’t have the option of calling the store and getting a replacement or refund. Only option is to call a customer service center that processes a complaint and you’ll hear back in 7-10 days. Disappointed to say the least.
I rarely order from here but seems like everytime that I do something is wrong. Ordered stuffed crazy crust pizza and got regular pepperoni. This location doesn’t know how to pay attention to order details l. On top of that pizza was cold.
Normally this place is ok for quick and easy pizza. We arrived yesterday at 8:30 pm and the girl at the counter told us she wasn't taking orders anymore. I think because we're Latino, we placed the order through the app and waited outside.Other American customers did have their orders taken, that was very shady.
