“This breakfast and lunch place is the definition of cozy and homey. Mimi greets customers with a generous spirit of joy. Smiling, laughing and welcoming. My friend and I had traditional breakfasts foods, he two eggs, sausages, hash browns and toast, me, eggs Benedict. Portions were generous. My friend said his sausages were homemade and tasty. The hollandaise on the Benedict was scrumptious. The hash browns were seasoned just right and a nice relief to so many places now serving bland “breakfast potatoes”.\nAll in as, a great food experience. We will be back and tell our friends.“

“What a great family restaurant. We were in Elmhurst and not familiar with the area and I saw the High View Family restaurant in Villa Park on Trip Advisor. Loved it. We like the Greek owned American restaurants in my neighborhood. Mini mall parking lot and some handicapped parking. Went in to two large rooms, very clean and welcoming. Sign at front desk had 4 different kinds of soup. Our waitress was Aleka and she was excellent and was very attentive. Need extra napkins, water refill, didn't even have to ask, she was right on it. I had the chicken noodle soup and chicken sandwich and fries and my son had a chicken bacon one that we both liked. Left a tip and paid by the door. Would go again if in the area.“

“First time at Lola’s, first off holy cow they were busy however the staff did an amazing job! The service was on point taking into consideration that they were slammed the whole time we were there. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.“

“First time here, seated immediately. Spacious inside plenty of tables and seating options, booths, tables, bars side. Server was very attentive and made multiple rounds of refilling coffee, the portion was big I got the spicy flamingo it was good and prices are reasonable.“

“I absolutely love this place. The portions are big and the flavor is even bigger. If your looking for amazing food with good pricing and large portions this is your spot. The only thing I can slightly complain about is service and the fact the waiter wasn't very happy and clearly expressed her emotional displeasure. I understand there was probably a personal reason behind this and everyone has bad days so im not going to hold that against her. The food the quality and basically everything else was so amazing I would still give this place a 10 star review even if it had the worst service ever.“

“Won't be back and certainly Do not recommend. whatever you do, don't order a meal that includes stuffing. stuffing was the consistency of oatmeal. mushy and had something that resembled mini grapes?? I honestly don't know what that ingredient was. never in my life have I seen that. waitress didn't know what it was either. Waitress asked if I wanted something else instead of the stuffing, but came back and said they wouldn't exchange the side dish. Within 45 min, we both have upset stomachs and bathroom issues.“

“Just moved here to des plaines and cannot be more appreciative of any bar, this one by far is my favorite, the ppl, the drinks the food, and the exquisite service.. there is nothing ‘at 7 bar’ doesn’t give to their customers! Michelle is amazing and does her job as if she is two people, idk how, but she makes it happen!“
