Micasa Sub Shop in Red Bud, IL is an absolute hidden gem. Their bread is quite possibly the best I’ve ever tasted—soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The sandwiches are massive and loaded with high-quality ingredients. It’s the kind of place where one sandwich can feed you for two meals, and you’ll still be dreaming about it afterward. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, and the outdoor dining area is perfect, especially with Leaf Brow right next door—it gives the whole spot a fun, inviting vibe. “My daughter and I came for lunch with my infant grandson. The food is good. If you dine in, they put your meal in to go containers and you pick it up at the counter just like it's to go.

Parking: The parking lot is small but most patrons seem to prefer pick up so they're not parked very long.”
