“Visited for the first time over the weekend. Had a wonderful time, loved the large varied menu, loved the food, loved my drinks, and really loved the performance by Denny Diamond! Three of us in our group and we can’t wait to return! Ordered many food and drink items from the menu because we were all trying the food for the first time and between the three of us, every item was a hit, with no misses. Will be back in August for Denny Diamond’s next performance!“

“I haven't eaten here since the relocation from Calunet City. I went last night and the food tasted just the same. It was flavorful and melted in my mouth. The staff was friendly. my waitress was knowledgeable, and engaging. This was the best birthday dinner I've had in awhile. I will be back soon.“

“We didn't realize our show at the Ramova a block away was cancelled until we got there.... So we had dinner at Kawa. Everything was delicious and very fairly priced, and I've been daydreaming about the Avocado Poppers ever since! I wish this place wasn't over an hour away from me.“

“I stopped by Happy Lamb Hot Pot (Bridgeport) on a chilly evening with friends and it was exactly the kind of communal food experience that hits the spot when you want warmth, flavor, and a little celebration around the table. The thing that stands out right away is how fresh everything feels — from the thinly sliced meats (especially the lamb) to the crisp vegetables and bouncy noodles — and the broth options range from mild and savory to boldly spicy if you’re craving heat.
It’s a pick-your-own adventure sort of meal: you choose your broth base, pile your plate with meats, greens, mushrooms, tofu, and more, then cook it all right at the table in the simmering pot. Between generous portions and lots of little dipping sauces, every bite feels personalized and fun. The vibe inside is casual and lively — people chatting, laughing, juggling chopsticks, and swapping ingredients back and forth — so it feels less like a restaurant and more like a dinner party that just happens to have really good broth.
Service was prompt and helpful with suggestions on broths and sauces, which is nice if you’re new to hot pot. It’s not fancy, but it’s cozy, social, and delicious — perfect for a group outing or when you want a hands-on meal that keeps you warm from the inside out.“

“We've had asianos 2x so far in the year we've lived here and this far our favorite Asian food close to Brookfield. Sushi was affordable and decent. Drunken noodles were to spicy for me but my husband loved them (I chose option 2 thinking happy medium he wanted spicer) and kids tangy chicken was very yummy. Only issue we had wasn't food at all Asianos uses Uber delivery and they delivered to the wrong house.“

“this place is so so relaxing, the way they chose to furnish this place is so well done. Every time i go on break from work i come here and always get a smoothie ATLEAST. today i tried the shrimp tempura sushi roll fried and it was honestly so great compared to other rolls ive tried. Also the people there are always welcoming and so kind i wish the best to them they’re so kind:,). overall the place is great i’ll go back a million times.“
“I visited Red Sugars Bar twice. Once on a Friday and this past Saturday. I had the pleasure of having two amazing bartenders, Friday and Lisa. We all were laughing and talking as if we had known each other for years. Friday is there on Fridays, and I'm sure other days in the week. Lisa is there on some Saturdays. They are two friendly bartenders. When your bartender is cordial, you don't mind patronizing the establishment. Also the drinks, we'll my drink, was good and reasonable.
I can't end without mentioning the owner Red. I met her the Friday I visited. She was very friendly and joined in with the conversations, the joking, and laughter.

“My aunt is very nice and easy to talk to. We bought pig ears, pork liver, pig head meat, chicken and pork belly when we went there at noon today. Everything was very delicious and tasted like home. These smoked sauces are delicious on their own, and are the best dish to go with drinks if mixed with garlic, vinegar and chili oil. Will visit again in the future!“
