“I JUST ordered about an hour ago from DoorDash and I haaad to get on here to let y’all know. I only got to take a picture of the Ropa Vieja Beef Bowl because I practically inhaled everything else right before. The Beef Baco is good, Picadillo Egg Roll was yummy as well. The Chorizo Egg Roll was BOMB. And the Ropa Vieja Beef Bowl is just too good. Meat is tender and all the flavors work really well together. Can’t wait to try even more from here!“

“Visited for the first time over the weekend. Had a wonderful time, loved the large varied menu, loved the food, loved my drinks, and really loved the performance by Denny Diamond! Three of us in our group and we can’t wait to return! Ordered many food and drink items from the menu because we were all trying the food for the first time and between the three of us, every item was a hit, with no misses. Will be back in August for Denny Diamond’s next performance!“

“I haven't eaten here since the relocation from Calunet City. I went last night and the food tasted just the same. It was flavorful and melted in my mouth. The staff was friendly. my waitress was knowledgeable, and engaging. This was the best birthday dinner I've had in awhile. I will be back soon.“

“We had been going to the old Chinatown location for many years till the new places opened on Halsted. Really liked the self serving style. Staff is friendly and food is fresh with lots of choices. Price is great. The new restaurant is spacious and well ventilated. Very enjoyable dining experience.“

“The boba tea was AMAZING!! It’s much cheaper compared to other places like Chinatown etc. Their rooms are very cozy & have a lot of charging ports perfect for studying! The workers are super sweet and nice! Helping me with my orders, etc. Their bathrooms are extremely clean- I’m so surprised a place like this exists in Halsted!
Their orange chicken was very yummy! Honestly I prepare the Panda Express ones more but it’s so much cheaper! A huge bowl for only about 10$ + veggies!!
Belly bowl is my new guilty pleasure.“

“I walked into this place without knowing what it was and all the way at the back corner this restaurant caught my eye, and I’m so glad I went there because I ordered the hibachi beef burger and you would’ve never thought they would put a fried egg in there it was so good every good burger should have an egg in it. “My aunt is very nice and easy to talk to. We bought pig ears, pork liver, pig head meat, chicken and pork belly when we went there at noon today. Everything was very delicious and tasted like home. These smoked sauces are delicious on their own, and are the best dish to go with drinks if mixed with garlic, vinegar and chili oil. Will visit again in the future!“

“My cousin and I decided to check this place out. She had the tacos and I had a Gogi Bowl with spicy pork. Delicious. Atmosphere is very chill. And it’s in a great location near the University of Chicago. The service is fast. I would go again once I return to Chicago. Perfect balance of food.“
