“This is my 1st time here because of the praise I’ve heard and I have to say their Beef sandwich is the best I’ve ever eaten. It’s cut in pieces instead of big chunks & melt in your mouth tender. The fries are also excellent and appears to be rolled in something. I bet everything in this place is superior.“

“I love checker's, especially this checker's located in Evergreen Park, Illinois. The cashier/server's name is Dan. He is cordial, kind and gets your food to you piping hot. You can tell that he loves his job. That is a rarity among many fast food restaurants that I have frequented. I give this checker's five stars across the board.“

“I recently had a great experience at a McDonald’s with fantastic amenities like outdoor seating, efficient drive-thru, and handy order pick-up spots. The outdoor area was perfect for a sunny day meal, and the drive-thru service was quick and seamless, even during busy times. Inside, the place was clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. But what really set this McDonald’s apart was the staff - they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my visit was nothing short of excellent. “On August 1 at about 7pm I entered Barraco’s. I stood for about 5 to 8 minutes waiting for a hosts to come greet me and my family to be seated. I had my husband walk over to the bar to ask for a host to seat us. While waiting two other people came in and we all stood for another 5 to 8 minutes waiting on a host to arrive. Once the host came and seated us our waiter Joe took over from there. Joe took drink orders, appetizer, and food orders. For drinks I order the pomegranate martini which was OUTSTANDING. For an appetizer we ordered the oysters, Rockefeller they were average. Seemed undercooked because not all the spinach was cooked all the way. For entree we ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni sausage bell peppers onions and mushrooms. After getting the appetizer Joe never returned to ask us how it was and if we needed anything. I had to stop another waiter to ask for napkins. When he finally did come back I made him aware and he said he was servicing 5 other tables. Joe began to set the table and almost dropped the pizza holder and crush peppers on me. When the pizza came out it was wrong he served us a whole pizza with pepperoni sausage bell peppers etc. it was a bummer for my family because I have a 7 year and a one year old. Who didn’t eat that. He apologized but didn’t rectify the issue. It was pass 8 pm now and my family was unsatisfied and I watched as my kids basically threw the slices away by picking off everything. Joe was very apologetic and gave us oysters to go but at 9 pm what can oysters do for my family but sit in the refrigerator. I love this pizza place. I may stick to carry out. For this to be my first experience and I told my husband I wanted to dine in to see the ambience from the inside I was highly disappointed.“

“This is maybe my 2nd time eating at this White Castle ?. I ordered some sliders, and a couple of breakfast sandwiches with toast. It was tasty ?. The customer service was very good. In fact, l want to commend the manager for making sure l was okay. She got me a courtesy cup of water, which was appreciated because I needed to take my meds. I am a diabetic ?. Once l finished eating, it was time to go home. On the whole, it's an excellent ?? White Castle with great food and customer service. I'll be back at some point, I'm sure.“
