“Heard much about this place but was in Hyde Park (as opposed to their Pilsen site) area so made a stop to try assorted tacos.

Their starndard tacos has cilantro, julienned radishes and other garnishes. Their special tacos can pretty much add anything.

Their al pastor had that zesty pineapple with the spiced meat. And their carne asada was tender and had a really great chew on the charred meat.

Really enjoyed them both and also the pan cooked shrimp. It was plump and good bite and seasoned well.

Was not expecting porkbelly to be minced like it was in this taco. Usually, I prefer tender slim strips of crispy porkbelly in my taco. It was still a very well seasoned taco but a bit too overfilled with black beans. Not sure I would order this again.

“We stopped in before going to see the Jackson Park Cherry Blossoms. What delicious food! The spring rolls were my favorite kind - and so good! We had those, pot stickers, cucumber salad and crab Rangoon as we were doing a lunch of apps. Excellent food and such great service. Already planning on when we can get back! 💗💗💗“

“Got two soups and sliced beef shank delivered. Everything was tasty and packaged well — like some ramen joints, they have the soup in the bowl with a tray insert that separates the noodles and toppings, preventing them from getting soggy on the way to your house.

The seafood noodle had plenty of seafood toppings, plus pickled mustard greens and half of a braised egg. The Taiwanese beef noodle was the best I’ve had in Chicago so far, including Taiwanese-specific restaurants. Came with pickled veg, a good portion of beef, and half of a soy sauce braised egg.

I liked the vermicelli bowl and they were even able to replace the egg roll with a spring roll since I don’t eat pork without charging me extra.
