“TDC is an AMAZING experience all around! My wife and I recently hosted our wedding reception at Thornton Distilling Co. and it was PERFECT! Kim, Trevor, Michaela, Michelle, Megan, Thaddeus, Andrew, Ari, and the rest of team are THE BEST TEAM EVER!!!
We’d been to TDC a few times prior and even more leading up to our big day and the team became like family! They are so supportive and are always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we had the best day ever. They went above and beyond at every turn!
It’s goes without saying that their spirits are some of the best there is, the food (both wedding and regular dining) has the wow factor, and the experience of visiting (and, if you’re lucky, touring) this amazingly restored historical site we’ll make you glad you stopped in…
and eventually get married there :)

“I held a surprise BDay party here for my wife and it was an awesome event! My wife was beyond surprised and happy, she fell in love with the space also. I can’t speak highly enough on the service and attention to detail, it was all top notch. All our guests had nothing but great feedback also, this is definitely on our short list of places to hold a future event at. Thank you Vogt House for an amazing evening!“

“When to see a great band called Party Foul. They were great along with our party's food of Bourbon BBQ Burger, Barbacoa Tacos, and great Peacan Whiskey Cocktail. Our server Filip was outstanding..please visit Thornton Distilling Co.! Our first time visiting this place!“

“A cozy place to chill and have a few drinks with friends, this local pub feels more like home than any bar I've been to. Sitting on the deck reminds me of family gatherings where we'd sit around and tell stories with beers in hand. The bartender kept her head on a swivel, always quick to grab your next drink before you've even had a chance to ask.Music was just the right volume to hear all the words to your favorite song without missing any of the conversation right next to you. Excellent atmosphere, will definitely be back again.“

“First time here… what an absolute surprise!! Had an accident with an extra charge on the bill but was sorted promptly! Plenty of seating and tons of room outside! Drinks were fairly priced and the atmosphere was amazing! Pinball machines along the wall to play or go outside and throw bags! Kitchen is separate from the bar but that’s what makes them stand out… true hidden gem!“

“Mini blizzards were good. Got Oreo and brown batter.
$4 regular onion rings came with literally only 4 onion rings. $1/ring is crazy so that’s the only feedback. Will say they were nice and crispy tho but still either overpriced, but more likely the gentleman serving out too few on accident.“

“This is a small yet cozy bar. Mostly regulars and I'm pretty sure it's cash only. Decent music selection, no food, an interesting dresser in the womens bathroom, a pool table, a few gaming machines and some booths make up this bar.“

“Huge pizza lovers at our house and this place did not disappoint! The birria pizza is amazing! My husband and I would go back a million times for that alone. Who thought birria, like, and consommé would be so amazing on a pizza?! Also had the st paddy’s day fatty and it was also delicious! The double decker pizza with cheese in the middle was also a nice touch! We will be back again!“

Famous burger.place got 3taco' Thursday.ooh' myy'. you talking about something ? delicious.wow' W/fires.everything was absolutely delicious.I'cant get enough of that food.smh.thats the taste I've been looking for since I've been back in Chicago. I' wish we had.a' jimmy's.in Pennsylvania.I' don't want to go back home.because.
