“Super disappointed in the staff here, but maybe it's a reflection on management, I'm not sure. I have ALWAYS loved this place, until today. My son ordered a double cheeseburger and they must have misunderstood what he wanted on it, and instead of saying, "We're sorry, let us fix it", the mouthy girl behind the counter just wanted to argue about what we ordered. Then , on top of that ,we (and pretty much everybody else in the place) had to listen to her carry on about how somebody called her disrespectful in the parking lot (which was probably accurate), making our already bad experience even worse. We have been going here for a long time (since I was a teenager and I'm 48 now) and NEVER had a problem until today. We weren't looking to be jerks, we just wanted our order, which we paid real money for, to be right. I really hope somebody there reads this and tries to make it right, but sadly I have grown to believe good customer service is no more. I don't think we will return here for a very long time , which kills me to say because again , I have always told everyone how great place is. I guess I'll just have go to the one on Oakland from now on.”

Usually when I go, the workers act bothered when you walk in, but there were 2 employees I've never seen before who were very pleasant. “We had lunch here on April 23rd. Our service was great. There was a new girl taking our order. Although you could tell she was new, she did a good job. We had to witness a rude customer treat all the staff poorly. The management was amazing trying to please a woman who just wanted to be rude. Other customers also told management they did well with the circumstances. We will definitely be back.”

“A good choice for people who are health conscious. A main staple for me when it comes to a huge meal for lower calories than most. Knowing the menu helps a lot with this. Getting super greens instead of noodles or rice helps a lot and subbing orange chicken with mushroom chicken or chicken teriyaki makes a huge portion for under 600 calories. A nice change compared to other fast food restaurants that have minimal low calorie options. The people are always helpful and kind. They sometimes may take 10- 20 minutes if you go past 7 pm. I love this restaurant.”

“Love the food, service is excellent and the people are friendly. One thing puzzles me though. Both the Mid Week special and the Family Feast have the same base: Spaghetti, Torpedo and Garlic bread. The Mid Week special comes with Cinnamon Bread which is free, so you're just paying for the base. The Family Feast comes with a quart of soda which is not indicated as free, so you're paying for the base plus the soda. Why does the Mid Week special cost more?”

“I went in because I saw that chicken gnocchi was the special for soup of the day and they were sold out. I'm so glad they were! Had they not have been sold out, I wouldn't have tried the absolutely amazing hearty lentil and vegetable soup. The vegetables were diced up in small pieces so you actually get a bit of everything in every bite and the broth was SO flavorful. I added some mozzarella to mine once I got home and it was amazing. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors and the sandwiches! This is a great new addition to our community.”

“My daughter and I went in for dinner tonight. The Chimichanga was absolutely delicious. The portions are huge! The tacos my daughter ordered were outstanding and they were also served with large plates of rice and beans. Everything on the menu looked delicious so when we go back we will try other items!
