“We've been here many times and for the most part never had a bad time. Tonight however, the food was especially good, and our server Brandon, he was great. The world needs more people like him. “Cocoday has fresh and delicious food and drinks! I’ve tried their bubble tea, frozen yoghurt, fried chicken, dumplings, kimbap, bulgogi, tornado-potato, and udon. 😋 They are right next to VonMaur inside Hickory Point Mall. Owners are very friendly and the store is clean and pretty! Highly recommend it to anyone who would like a taste of Korean food.“

“Super disappointed in the staff here, but maybe it's a reflection on management, I'm not sure. I have ALWAYS loved this place, until today. My son ordered a double cheeseburger and they must have misunderstood what he wanted on it, and instead of saying, "We're sorry, let us fix it", the mouthy girl behind the counter just wanted to argue about what we ordered. Then , on top of that ,we (and pretty much everybody else in the place) had to listen to her carry on about how somebody called her disrespectful in the parking lot (which was probably accurate), making our already bad experience even worse. We have been going here for a long time (since I was a teenager and I'm 48 now) and NEVER had a problem until today. We weren't looking to be jerks, we just wanted our order, which we paid real money for, to be right. I really hope somebody there reads this and tries to make it right, but sadly I have grown to believe good customer service is no more. I don't think we will return here for a very long time , which kills me to say because again , I have always told everyone how great place is. I guess I'll just have go to the one on Oakland from now on.“

“We arrived at 8:59 pm and they closed at 9. We went to another Kreckles first but they were closed for vacation. They were super friendly and even though they were about to close the owner was adamant that we order what we wanted. Next time I come to Kreckles it will be this one.“

“Great small town, Decatur, Illinois local owners, and has the best custard ice cream, creamy and tasty. I just love their lemon strawberry twist. My husband loves the burgers and fries. Once you try it out, you'll go back for more.

Parking: Small parking lot, but it's mostly to go orders. Had outdoor tables and benches convenient for family members, friends, and roadrrip stopped and have a unique atmospheric place with a huge roste metallic structure right in front, family's owned logo. Great experience...“

“This was the very first Culver's we went to. Our son lives in Maroa, which is north of Decatur. We were really glad when one was built in a town only 12 miles away from our town. We live in the southern part of Illinois and it is around 3 hour drive when we visit our son and his family.

Parking: There are quite a few spots for parking, but of course this is a busy place in a larger town, so sometimes it may be hard to find a spot, but food is worth the wait.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spots. I hate to see when people who don't need them use them because they are too lazy to walk from the side of the building to the entrance.“

“Love the burgers, fries and lemon cones. It is clean and provides an option for indoor as well as outdoor dining. I returned to explain that a phone was lost and it shows up on "Find my phone" at Krekel's. Staff members had not found it, checked the table where we sat. I left a message with the cashier, in case it is found. Concerned that it is STILL showing that it is at Krekel's after I returned home.“
