“We had lunch here on April 23rd. Our service was great. There was a new girl taking our order. Although you could tell she was new, she did a good job. We had to witness a rude customer treat all the staff poorly. The management was amazing trying to please a woman who just wanted to be rude. Other customers also told management they did well with the circumstances. We will definitely be back.“

“Given several locations in the Decatur/Forsyth/Mt Zion area, this, along with Forsyth is our preferred. The older woman with dark hair and glasses we typically see working is extremely polite, and very precise and careful in how she makes our sandwiches. The restaurant is clean, and most importantly, they keep the containers covered, so flies don't do their business on the food like you see in some other Subways. I used to work for Subway, and that is my ultimate pet peeve. Uncovered containers. It shows laziness, and very bad hygiene. No one wants to eat something flies have been swarming on. Maybe that's why the one on Mound rd has always made me sick after eating. I've learned to avoid that one despite them being right down the road.“

“The girl did a great job, she was busting her a** working the drive thru and the counter by herself. Food was good. Why only problem is with her boss or owner, why in the world would you have a person working alone at Subway on a Friday night at 6:45 in the evening. Trying to save a view bucks, just stupid.“

“This is our preferred location over all others. The sandwiches are always great, and the staff very friendly. I have to admit though, I'm not a fan of the delivery. It always takes far too long, & doesn't follow along with the 'tracker', because of in store priority. The last order we waited over an hour, only to find out our order hadn't even been started because of in store issues that we weren't made aware of. I also don't care for the fact that $4 is charged for delivery, yet the hardworking drivers don't receive the fee, OR minimum wage. That is the definition of corporate greed. But we appreciated our wonderful driver, Aaron. Thank you!“
“Terrible service. For the second time, my sandwich is disgusting when i specifically asked them to make sure my order was right. For the second time, order a cubano, and they give me old breasld no cheese, no bacon, no mayo. Just ham and pickles. I made a complaint, and they did nothing. All should be fired .“

“Prices for a sandwich these days are insane. One footlong a drink and a snack size bag of chips 17 dollars. Ridiculous. Thanks Biden Food is good. Same footlong as its always been but three times the price. Not worth it. Just go to Applebee's“

“The cheesesteak sandwich was good and I love the home made fries!! Usually when I go, the workers act bothered when you walk in, but there were 2 employees I've never seen before who were very pleasant. The girl was even checking in with the customers to see if everything was tasting good. I thought that was sweet.“
