“Love stopping here for gluten-free/dairy-free treats ? Service is always great + the desserts are so rich + full of flavor. Highly recommend the matcha bar + the tiramisu if you like chocolate. I have celiac disease and it can be a challenge to find gluten-free desserts that aren’t highly processed. Love this place! ??“

“Moved to town about a year ago and this has become my go to bakery. The staff is welcoming and quick to help customers. I enjoy the combination danish, sprinkled donuts, and cookies, but with reasonable prices and so many wonderful options it is usually very difficult to choose.“

“Been going to this bakery since moving to McHenry this past April, we’ve only ever gotten donuts and more specialized desert treats but my boyfriend got my birthday cake there in July either vanilla or marble - it was SO good and I’m not a big cake person.. well the other day I decided to purchase his birthday cake there - got a chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting… best cake I’ve ever had. And I’m not big on chocolate cake either. Everyone loved it, and thank god we still have a piece left over ? wonderful customer service and pricing too!“

I have yet to be disappointed in the service or deliciousness. The baristas are always bubbly, very friendly and can steer my tastebuds in the right direction. The food is ALWAYS so much better than I expect it to be also. Not only is it themed and decorated after my favorite TV show, Friends - you can even sit on THE ORANGE COUCH - the service and food is INCREDIBLE. It has a quiet, comfy cozy atmosphere - perfect for getting work done, studying or visiting with friends!! They even have a DRIVE-THRU for grabbing a cuppa on your way to work. Wanting to listen to live music? They've got it. Looking for a fun & unique event to attend? They host those too. Looking for a brunch spot for family-friends to get together? They're the spot. “Best place, hands down, for cake. We worked with Cindy and she's fantastic, and her baking skills are out of this world! She did our wedding cake and wedding cupcakes. She has so many flavors to chose from (like SO MANY)! Our guests were raving about the sweet treats. Idk how my husband and I are going to wait a whole year to eat the top of our cake! It's taunting us in our freezer. I highly recommend working with Cindy for any occasion. You won't regret it, but you might get addicted ?“

“I got there at 530 Sunday morning. The man loading the cases was very nice and helpful. I got conchitas and a cheese stuffed concha and they are delicious. Soft, sweet and just amazing. Bonus, they have gallons of milk so i didnt have to make 1 more “

“Who doesn't love bakeries? Not only do they have the tastiest baked goods, but their staff is always outgoing and friendly. Donuts, coffee cake, bread, what have you, I've never been disappointed. My favorite: apricot coffee cake and their apple bread. My dog's favorite: old fashioned donut (he sits outside and howls while I'm inside. Just don't want him to know there are other choices than plain donuts). This is one of the reasons that makes McHenry a great place to live!“
