“I live in Sleepy Hollow and I will not order for them he doesn't use real Rosati boxes when he delivers your pizza number one he makes up his own hours number two and his ingredients are horrible and he's very cheap on everything. The owner of Rosati's in Gilbert's is an awesome lady she takes care of all her customers best ingredients best tasting Pizza I'm friends with some of the Rosati family and I know their standards“

“One of my favorite places in Cary. Great owner, super nice and a great business man. I have tried a few different dishes from here and am obsessed with their caprese salad, chopped salad, buffalo chicken wrap, and their cauliflower crust pizza. They have delivery and also pickup. Their fruit when in season is super fresh and I honestly cant even find that fresh at a grocery store. Sometimes I drive 20 minutes to pick up their super fresh caprese salad and fruit side. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you haven't already!!! By far one of my favorite go to in Cary!“

“We had rented the back room to films few scenes for our film and also had pizza for the cast and crew. Tanya who was our waitress and coordinator for the setup in the back room was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and helpful with everything. You can tell she loves her job since she was always smiling. You have a great worker with Tanya. Also, the cast and crew loved the pizza and salads.“

“Tonight we went out to eat with 9 people. The food and service were amazing, but that actually isn’t even the reason I’m leaving this review. This is the first time my autistic son has been out to eat for this length of time. I felt this restaurant was super laid back and a great family atmosphere. They have an are with claw machines for the kids to try out and get up while they wait for their food. I feel like there aren’t many restaurants anymore like this and it was a game changer for us. “Disappointing. Have given this place a few tries, but last night was the last. Ordered a sausage pizza and there literally was 1 piece of sausage per slice on majority of the slices of pizza. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. “We just had a large 100 person event and used Geno Nottolini’s for the first time after seeing an advertisement for catering. I was worried because using a new company and me being responsible. I was so happy we did, the food was excellent, on time, plenty of food and our attendees had so much to say, all compliments. They were easy to work with as well, We will use them again and again!! “I have been ordering from here for dinner where I work. We all aty work enjoy the pizza & appetizer. I ordered a Chicken Ceasar salad, a small BLT pizza & an Italian Beef with giardiniera with a side of adjustable. Well my coworker told me she only received 1 small Ceasar dressing for the salad (2 or 3 for the salad would have it nicely covered), Italian Beef was a fully disappointment. I would NEVER recommend that at all. The menu for the Italian Beef is NOT true at all. The menu says "NOW WITH MORE MEAT", well I received more giardiniera then meat. When I called she told me that it was 6ozs. of meat that all beefs get. I can tell you as a former line cook that packaged Italian Beef that what I received was NOT 6ozs since I packaged 7ozs of Italian Beef. I DO NOT recommend the Italian Beef at all. I was excited to get the be since all I heard was good things but when I received it and looked at the sandwich it was giardiniera with very little Italian Beef and I received 2 large containers of auju. I was really DISAPPOINTED on the sandwich and the answer that they gave me. If your menu says "NOW WITH MORE MEAT" 6ozs is not enough. It was a GIARDINIERA sandwich with Italian beef... Other pizza I will not order anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTED.... Pictures will be posted...“

“I want to commend the closing staff. We went here after my kiddos rehearsal at blizzard theater it was around 9:35. She really was hungry after a long day and tough rehearsal. Sadly door was locked. And ovens were being shit down. Cue disappointment from my kiddo when I got into car. A man came out just as I was pulling out and offered to make us the pizza we only wanted a cheese and a medium so it was all good
They were out by 10 closing time and we had deicious pizza that made a little blister in the roof of our mouth because well you know hot cheese! ? and bonded over listening to Chappell Roan while we waited.
