“Great place. However, my buffalo chicken had no heat at all and my friends BLTs were very underwhelming to the point of not finishing despite being exhausted and starving. Servers were busy but could be seen chit chatting and sitting around“

“If you like local dive bars and pizza this is the place to go. Their pizza is the bomb ? The staff is friendly and most of the regulars are too. Lol. They also have an AMI jukebox, an ATM machine, several TV screens to watch sports games, and video gambling machines. They have a back patio with seating for smokers and they usually have heat out back when they remember to refill the propane tanks. It’s usually just one bartender waiting on everyone and making the pizzas in their pizza oven. Drink a cold one and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait. ??“

“First time at Woodyz. Went for steak nighttonight (Saturday). Had a group of 18 people. Everything came out fast. Food was delicious. Kudos to the Chef! Server was on top of our food and drinks. Friendly staff, delicious food, cold beer. Definitely coming back!“

“A wonderful establishment! The new cook, Mark, is definitely on the ball. The food was cooked made to order, accurately dressed, quality and quantity was two thumbs up. This establishment is kid friendly, but most adults choose family time here during the day or dinner. “A great night for music from the Skylark Brothers. I ordered the Classic burger which was delicious. And the IPA I ordered was very tasty. Service was very good.Parking: The Madison County lot is just a short walk to Sneaky's and has plenty of parking.“

“Joe man's is a nice place. A lot of locals go. Small in the inside. I love a older crowd. They have reasonable drinks, live D.J, good food when they are selling it. They use to have free fish and fries on a certain day but don't know if they still do. They do have outside seating with music as well. I would totally recommend.“

“To start riding around on my bike I decided to stop in for a beer. Very friendly staff and customers. Nice laid back place ? I did not check the menus. I am a vegetarian and you can't depend on every bar to have vegetarian food. For what it is, I enjoyed it!“

“My big sister helps run the place on the weekends and works the kitchen . it's a nice quiet relaxing spot to play some pool, play video games, darts , have some drinks and great food plus, the atmosphere is always chilled. I highly recommend the double cheeseburger and fries combo with a drink for only 6$, or for a starter the cauliflower bites coupled with mini tacos are also pretty great. Brews are solid priced and reasonable and so are shots it's a great place to stop in and have a few drinks or hang out with friends and get together.“

“Stopped in for a drink prior to motel check in. Great service and friendly patrons. Wish we new it was fried chicken night but we already had dinner plans. Chicken looked great. If our travels ever take us to Edwardsville again, we'll be back.“

I heard of him but wouldn’t know him if I seen him . I know one thing, the Oz can throw down in the kitchen & pays attention to detail ! The girls report the order perfect and the Oz handles his business!! Great prices as well. This is my safe spot . I always know my food is going to be good everytime. Compared to other food establishments in the area, hands down , Nicks takes the ? for meI I suggest trying tacos, wild-style combo, Chicken wings, Buffalo Chicken combo & cant forget the queso & ranch ! “After a long day of fishing, we stopped in here for a bite to eat on our way home. The burger was awesome! We had the waffle cut fries and regular and they tasted great and fresh. We've been raving about this place to our friends ever since. A great surprise.“

“We have always been big fans of Big Daddy's from a food and atmosphere standpoint! Most recently, we had the opportunity to transform their outdoor patio space for a private party with a Wednesday Addams theme and it was a blast! There were so many opportunities for decor in their space. They were welcoming and accommodating for us as vendors as well. We have also personally hosted a birthday party here and had great food/service and ease of coordination!“

“Seemingly innocuous facade outside but once you walk into the unassuming front entrance it's a pleasant surprise. We didn't eat and it was our first experience. We stopped by out of curiousity and a night cap- coupled with a little slot action. The bartender was pretty great and the bar was clean, well lit & maintained. The mixed drink my partner got was affordable and the PBR was cold. Overall, I can't wait to support this unique, lo al, popular business in the future. Being a chef, I'm VERY curious about the food so we'll definitely be back for that!!!“

It has begun gentrification. However, it appears to still be in the, a work in progress, stage. “The crust wasn't as crisp as I expected except around the edge, but the sauce was plentiful and had a good flavor. I thought the cheese was a mix, but it had a strong Provel flavor and texture. The appetizers were good. It's worth a second trip, but I'll make sure to ask for it crispy.“

“Can't say regarding food, we were going to dine here, Google didn't warn us the kitchen closed early on a Saturday night. Appetizers were available, we were hungry tho and wanted a meal. Drinks were ok, don't think the kid behind the bar was well practiced yet so I'm not holding it against him and neither did anyone else. Crowd seemed to be likely a regular crowd and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The live music was good, however the singers girlfriend was front and center right up on him, if he's going to make it musically, that's a bad move, strictly speaking as a former band manager. Girlfriend, sit in the back and don't be the jealous type, musicians will make it known they're not available, if they as all typical couples really care about their relationship. All in all, I'd definitely come back if I'm around the area again, and make an point to come earlier so I can dine the fine looking menu! Lots to o here, billiards, slots, and many other things, didn't check out the back part so there may be even more surprises to this place.“
