“Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and saw the Cuban advertisement on the front window. Went ahead and ordered before it looked and sounded really good. “I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. “Came in to buy my 3-year-old daughter the best home cut fresh made fries around because she loves fries and as a surprise, the general manager bought. Very friendly woman working the register offered a cookie. I did leave a tip in the tip jar. This place is amazing, great food, great menu, great staff. Unwich w extra bacon, no shredded lettuce, $28.The young man that rang up our order seemed a little high or seriously preoccupied by the headset that was clearly too big for his head. We got the #12 sandwich and my B.L.T w extra bacon, but no chips or drink. I asked about it, and he just didn't hear me. “We love the sandwiches from Jimmy John's. They always do a good job here making our food right, but they do forget the pickle with our order a lot, LOL, including when we ordered this past weekend. I've called once in the past and they probably wrote my name down or something, but I always forget by the time I go back again, so I usually just don't bother to call. They still do better than most other food places around. It is a bit expensive to eat at Jimmy John's in general, though, so that's the only major downside.“
