Many things not right!!
Fries are bad!
You should fix your online ordering website. Payment page won't work!! I was disappointed trying multiple times, but still made up my mind to head to the store for ordering. It was summer and temperatures at 85 and no AC !!
Inside, one more customer was having trouble with the order placed online, staff was saying there's no order in their system!!

Wendy's is trying a new AI to take your order through the drive through, it didn't understand our order and after 4 attempts to get it right, a live person came on and said can I help you? It wasn't busy when we were there but if it was busy look out!
