“This place is so cute and quaint. The owner recognized the company I work for from my branded jacket and she was kind. One of those places that make you feel like home. “The best place to get a quick lunch in Wood River, IL. They make the famous Swiss Farms salad from downtown Wood River from years ago. Home made poppyseed dressing and crackers are included. It is cash only and they are only open from 10am-3pm. They used to let you come inside the little building that used to be a gas station, but now they use the walk-up window, thus the 4 stars. It was sleeting and 30 degrees outside! I'll be back. Love the Swiss Farms salad!“

This establishment is kid friendly, but most adults choose family time here during the day or dinner.
