Gurnee used to be my favorite location but lately it hasn't been the best. The floors are always dirty and covered with garbage and the tables are always left dirty as well. I also ordered a steak bowl, my rice was way undercooked, I told them and they replaced my rice with even more undercooked rice..... this place has gone down hill...... will not return to this location.
Great food but the dining room was a mess at 730 pm.

Additionally, the parking situation needs improvement, with a small lot and visibility issues when exiting.
