“A lady named Joci was so kind, nice spirited and very helpful. It was another worker that was there as well (female with a bun and glasses) that was quite rude. She walked off and left us at the drive through when she saw my reaction something was wrong when giving me the drink. She didn’t bother to turn around and when I went in didn’t ask if I needed help. But Joci came in and saved the day. She seems like a very hard worker. Give her a raise!☺️“

“I ordered the vanilla bean cream frappe and can I tell you, I was happy! I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the young lady but she made my drink exactly how I wanted. If they had a tip cup she would have given one!I like vanilla bean mixed with dried strawberries and I like it just a bit pink... Look at the photo... It's perfect ? Thank you to the young lady who made my drink for me and if I see her again, I will be sure to post her name in this review.“
“Not sure if they have a full menu here like other venues not located within another business.I remember when my 2nd son was born in NM Lake Forest, there were certain drinks on the menu the Starbucks didn't make.Either way I've always had the same consistent friendly service as any and the drinks always have the same great taste.Convenient to have in the store rather than make a separate stop elsewhere.“

“The Barista Maddie made my day so much better. She was so kind and cheerful when taking my order. I went back up about 15 minutes after getting my tea order and asked for a water. She immediately got it for me, which I really appreciated because I was very thirsty. Thank you Maddie!!“
