Starbucks in Gurnee

“Hunby and I come here while our son is at youth group nearby. This is a nice Starbucks with very friendly staff - only complaint is it's always a bit too cold 🥶 (thankfully I remembered my sweatshirt and pants this time). But today there was a horrible piercing humming (from the AC unit??)!! 🙉“

“I just stopped by this busy little coffee shop in Gurnee and I have to tell you there’s some growth potential here. I’ve never heard of this place but they offer a streamlined product with nice interiors and quality staff watch out for this company. They could really make some moves with the right leadership.“

“Came in today for a coffee to see a man being an absolute idiot to the girl behind the counter.
This man sat there and nit picked everything she was doing.
He proceeded to nit pick how the machine brewed espresso and that he wanted his coffee exactly 118 degrees.

This girl with pink and green hair was killing it! If someone did that to me I probably would have flown over that counter,
Even after dealing some an absolute idiot of a man she was very freindly , helped me pick out flavors of coffee and my drink is a absolutely amazing
As I’m sitting here sipping my coffee ranting to my boyfriend about how much of an idiot that man was and how much I would have flown over the counter if someone did that to me. It’s awesome she kept her cool and was doing great at her job! Screw that guy you did amazing !“

“I ordered the vanilla bean cream frappe and can I tell you, I was happy! I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the young lady but she made my drink exactly how I wanted. If they had a tip cup she would have given one!I like vanilla bean mixed with dried strawberries and I like it just a bit pink... Look at the photo... It's perfect ? Thank you to the young lady who made my drink for me and if I see her again, I will be sure to post her name in this review.“

“I haven’t been to this Starbucks in a while but I came in today and the girl was so nice and customer service was on point which is super hard to find nowadays I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but it was around 12 today I just wanted to show my appreciation “
