“Great food! Lovely people…even the customers there were friendly. If you’re non-local I would say don’t judge a book by it’s cover! I was not so sure when I first walked in but the staff was so friendly I couldn’t leave. When I got my taco and chimichanga for a reasonable price I was glad we stayed! Fresh tasting and unique! The people there are very warm too. You feel like family there. We’ll definitely go back.”

“What a wonderfully delicious place hidden back along the river. Ordered from the counter with lots of options. The brisket was very good. My Family also had the burnt ends and pulled pork. Everything was delicious. The cheesy hash browns were especially good. If you happen to be driving along the Mississippi River Road North of Keokuk this is a great stop for wonderful BBQ.”

We really enjoyed it.Parking: We had multiple vehicles and had no problem parking which was crazy because the restaurant was full! We didn't have to wait but I was surprised they had a table.”

Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.”
